The episode starts with Adit asking Ishana what she is saying, as he is unable to understand. Ishana says, “I heard Kapil and Pratima talking. Kapil uncle doesn’t want to accept me and Akshat after marriage, so I recorded their conversation and sent it to mom. Now Kapil confronted me for sending the recording to mom and slapped me.”
Kapil asks Ishana to tell the truth. Adit warns Kapil not to scare Ishana in front of him. He asks Mangal to respond. Mangal says she will question in her own way. She asks Kapil if he took Ishana inside. Kapil agrees. Adit asks Kapil to leave his house, warning that otherwise, he’ll throw him out.
Pratima asks Mangal if she invited them to insult them. She says, “If Kapil is saying he didn’t do anything, then he means it. How can you let others question Kapil’s character by trusting Ishana?” Kusum supports Ishana. Sowmya thinks Kapil cannot do such a thing.
Kapil says, “Let’s call the police. They will find the truth.” Ishana insists she is telling the truth and says there’s no need to call the police. In tension, Ishana throws the cake. Mangal asks Kapil not to threaten her daughter. Kapil says he wants the truth to come out.
Yash speaks up, saying he saw what happened in the room. Kapil asks Yash to tell the truth. Ishana gets scared. Yash says, “I went to the room to give Ishana a gift, and I saw everything. Kapil slapped Ishana.” Kapil denies it, saying Yash is lying.
Akshat tells Kapil, “You’re bad. You slapped Ishana and ruined my sister’s birthday party.” Kusum asks Ishana’s friends to leave, saying the party can’t continue. The guests leave. Adit asks Pratima and Kapil to leave as well. Adit raises his hand at Kapil but stops himself, warning them to leave before he loses control. Kapil tries to explain to Mangal, but she tells them to go.
Kapil says, “Let’s leave, Mom. Even Mangal doesn’t understand the truth. I’ve lost all hope here.” Pratima leaves with him. Ishana smirks. Mangal takes the kids to their room. Adit tells Kusum, “Kapil ruined Ishana’s birthday. I won’t spare him.”
Kapil, washing his face, thinks about how Ishana wrongly accused him. He wonders why no one trusted him. Pratima notices Kapil’s pain and feels Ishana did this intentionally.
Later, Mangal asks Ishana to sleep without fear. Akshat breaks the gifts he got from Kapil. Mangal asks him what he is doing. Akshat says, “Kapil is bad. I don’t want his gifts.” Mangal calms him. Ishana thinks to herself, “Kapil got the punishment he deserved for slapping my father.”
Mangal makes Ishana and Akshat sleep. She looks at her engagement ring and receives a call from Kapil. She silences her phone and ignores his calls, praying to Maata Rani for help.
Kapil keeps calling Mangal. Pratima tells Kapil to let it go if Mangal doesn’t want to talk to him. Just then, the doorbell rings. Kapil opens the door, expecting Mangal, but is shocked to see Adit.
Adit hands over his resignation letter to Kapil, saying he doesn’t want to work with him anymore. Kapil tries to explain that he didn’t do anything, but Adit doesn’t listen and lashes out. Adit searches for his car keys to leave.
Mangal arrives at Kapil’s house. Adit finds his keys, sees Mangal there, and thinks Sowmya was right about her. He secretly observes her. Kapil feels happy seeing Mangal.
