The episode starts with Ananya telling everyone that Adit tried to molest her. Adit asks Ananya what nonsense she is speaking. Kapil tells Ananya not to be scared and asks her to tell the truth in front of everyone. Ananya reveals that Adit asked her to stay back to do some work. She says she stayed back, and later he asked her to take photocopies in Mangal’s office. Then he came to her and tried to molest her.
Adit argues with Ananya and tells her that she was the one who stayed back while he had asked her to leave. Kapil comments on Adit, saying he knows Adit doesn’t do his work and blames others—and everyone knows how careless he is. However, Kapil never expected Adit would do something like this. Adit argues with Kapil, insisting he hasn’t done anything wrong. Kapil asks why any girl would ruin her own reputation if nothing wrong had happened. Adit says he had scolded Ananya many times for her mistakes at work and suggests she might be taking revenge.
Ananya questions why she would ruin her own reputation by accusing Adit of molestation. She tells Kapil that she could speak up only because he truly cares about the women working in his office. She pleads with him to get justice for her, saying her parents would be ashamed if they knew what had happened.
Ananya then turns to Mangal and asks if she will not take action against Adit, as she always stands by women.
Kapil asks Adit to apologise to Ananya. Adit refuses, saying that if he apologises, it would be like admitting to something he hasn’t done. Hearing this, Kapil fires Adit from his job. He then asks Mangal to come to his cabin.
Adit tells Sowmya that Ananya has accused him of molestation. After hearing this, Sowmya abruptly ends the call.
Sowmya then calls Ananya. Ananya steps aside to take the call. Sowmya scolds Ananya, saying she only asked her to get Adit fired, but instead she attacked his character, and now no one will offer him a job. Ananya tells Sowmya to keep her mouth shut and warns her. Ananya says that if she speaks too much, she will reveal that it was Sowmya who asked her to frame Adit. Sowmya tells her not to do that and ends the call.
Kapil complains to Mangal about Adit, saying he has done something as serious as molesting a girl. He tells Mangal that he had overlooked many of Adit’s mistakes in the past, but he won’t tolerate this anymore. Kapil says he will blacklist Adit so that he won’t be able to find work again.
Mangal tells Kapil that he cannot make a decision after hearing only one side and insists he should listen to Adit too. Kapil says he gave Adit a chance to apologise, but Adit refused. He comments that Mangal has changed since Adit came here. Mangal responds that she has lived with Adit for 15 years and knows he would never do something like that.
Kapil criticises Mangal for still believing Adit is innocent. Mangal requests Kapil to give Adit a chance to prove his innocence. Kapil gives her three days to do so and warns that if she fails, he will withdraw his investment from Pehla Swad.
