The episode starts with Mangal asking Ishana to listen to her. Ishana refuses and questions Mangal, asking why she keeps forgetting Neel’s mistakes and forgiving him. Mangal says that Neel is seeking forgiveness and deserves another chance. Ishana angrily says, “Now he has become your son.” Kusum reminds Ishana that they have forgiven many of her mistakes too and asks Mangal to tell Ishana to speak to Neel respectfully. Both Mangal and Ishana are shocked. Neel helps Kusum sit and offers her water. Ishana says, “I’m not related to you people,” and makes a nameplate for Neel, fixing it on the door. Mangal tries to stop her, but Ishana refuses to listen. Sowmya enters and pretends to be concerned, acting innocent about the situation.
In their room, Sowmya tells Adit that the tense atmosphere in the house is affecting her during pregnancy. Adit asks what happened. Meanwhile, Mangal prays to God to help her manage both children. She goes to Adit’s room to talk but sees him helping Sowmya lie down and decides to come later. Adit stops her and says that if Neel has realized his mistake, she should forgive him. Mangal says she already has. She adds that she’s planning to take Ishana and Akshat to Mussoorie and will bring Neel once Ishana understands the situation. Kusum enters and firmly says Neel will not go with them. She asks Mangal not to separate her grandchildren from her and declares that Neel will stay with them. Kusum warns Mangal to leave with Ishana if she wants, but her grandsons will remain there. Adit supports his mother. Mangal replies that she will leave with Ishana and Akshat, as she can’t separate them, and walks away. Kusum tells Adit she can’t live without her grandchildren and asks him to stop Mangal. Adit looks on helplessly.
The next day, Sowmya gives gifts to Ishana. Ishana asks what they are. Sowmya says, “Pack these gifts with your luggage since you’re leaving for Mussoorie — who knows when you’ll return?” Ishana asks who told her that. Sowmya says it was Mangal’s decision and that Kusum asked her to leave Akshat and Neel behind. She adds, “Unlike Kusum, I don’t differentiate between boys and girls. These gifts are for you and Akshat.” She then remarks that Neel will stay with them and tells Ishana to pack quickly since no one knows if they’ll ever come back. Shocked, Ishana rushes to Mangal’s room.
Ishana asks Mangal if they are really leaving for Mussoorie. Mangal confirms and says since Lipika is fine, they should start packing. Ishana deliberately drops the suitcase on her foot and gets hurt. Mangal rushes to help her, and Adit calls the doctor. He scolds Ishana for lifting a heavy bag. The doctor arrives, examines Ishana, and says she needs to rest for a few days and shouldn’t dance until she recovers. He prescribes painkillers and leaves. Mangal says she’s relieved that it’s not a fracture. Akshat asks when they will leave for Mussoorie. Mangal says they’ll go once Ishana recovers. Sowmya looks disappointed.
Later, Neel meets his friends, who complain that he hasn’t thrown them a party. Neel promises them a lavish party at a five-star nightclub and sends them away. A jewelry vendor returns Kusum’s jewelry to Mangal after polishing it. Neel, short on money, notices the jewelry and plans to steal it.
