The episode begins with Isha noticing Sowmya returning home with Adit. She is shocked. Adit spots Isha and asks why she is there. Isha replies that she came for work and quickly leaves. Adit accuses Mangal of calling Isha to humiliate him at the office. Mangal defends herself, saying she didn’t know they would come home early and asks him to stop blaming her for everything.
Meanwhile, Karthik’s friend informs him that the media covered Jia’s birthday party and asks him to take a look. Karthik refuses but ends up seeing a video where Lakshmi is present at the party. He wonders why Lakshmi didn’t tell him she attended and notices her behavior has changed since the event. He decides to speak with Lakshmi to resolve their differences.
Adit and Sowmya reconcile and decide to have a dinner date at home. Adit steps out of the room and notices Akshat is still upset with him. He asks Akshat to forgive him. Akshat complains that Adit no longer spends time with the family and hasn’t even been eating breakfast with them. Adit promises to have dinner with him. Sowmya watches this and schemes to remove Akshat from Adit’s life.
Karthik confronts Lakshmi, asking why she didn’t meet him at the Jia’s party. Lakshmi responds that he was too busy. Karthik assures her that he doesn’t want her to feel upset. Lakshmi accuses him of treating their relationship as a mere compromise and questions why he didn’t tell her about the perfume he gifted Jia, which he ordered from Dubai. Karthik denies ordering the perfume and says it’s just a misunderstanding. He insists his relationship with Jia is purely professional. However, Lakshmi remains suspicious, convinced the voice she overheard was Karthik’s.
Later, Sowmya manipulates Akshat and makes him learn that Mangal is planning to move to a new house with her children. Upset, Akshat confronts Mangal and asks if she and Adit are separating. Mangal tries to avoid the conversation, but Akshat demands an answer. Reluctantly, Mangal admits that she is looking for a new house.
Meanwhile, Gayatri looks at Lipika and Sameer’s wedding invitation and remarks that she never thought they would receive such an invite. Karthik asks her why she feels that way. Gayatri reminds him of the drama Lakshmi caused during Lipika and Sameer’s pre-engagement ceremony. Just then, they hear a knock on the door. When Karthik opens it, he is shocked to see Jia standing there, covered in wounds.
Karthik asks Jia what happened. She tells him that a crazed fan has been stalking her for a while and broke into her house today. She claims the man misbehaved with her, forcing her to escape. Karthik assures her that she is safe now. He suggests filing a police complaint and promises to increase security at her house. Jia thanks him, but as Karthik steps away to call the police, it is revealed that Jia inflicted the injuries on herself.
Back at home, Akshat avoids Adit when he opens his arms for a hug and instead goes to Mangal. Akshat comforts her, asking her not to cry because it makes him sad. He assures her that he will stay with her. Sowmya instigates Adit against kids and Mangal.
