The episode starts with Adit telling the family members that they need to bear Sowmya here until her delivery. Mangal tells Adit that this time Sowmya has to stay in their house according to their terms. She asks Kusum to light the diya in the pooja room as they return home. Kusum asks Mangal to do it, saying that she made it possible. Sudesh also agrees. Sowmya gets angry. They all go to the temple.
Kusum stops Adit and tells him that his and Mangal’s divorce did not happen, and that it is God’s blessing. She asks him not to lose this second chance, to seek forgiveness from Mangal, accept her wholeheartedly, and give her all her rights. Adit recalls how much Mangal cares for him and realizes her importance in his life. Kusum asks Adit if he will talk to Mangal. Adit remains silent.
Mangal makes arrangements to light the diya in the temple. Ishana asks Adit to light the diya along with her mother. Adit agrees and lights the diya with Mangal. Sowmya gets furious seeing them together. Akshat happily says that they have got their home back and that his mom and dad are now staying together. He happily holds Mangal’s and Adit’s hands. They all pray to God. Sowmya leaves from there in frustration.
Mangal arranges Kusum’s and Sudesh’s clothes in the cupboard and sets the room. She asks Kusum why she has tears in her eyes, saying that they have got their house back. Kusum replies that she just remembered the day Sowmya insulted them and threw them out of the house. She says that Mangal solved all the problems and got their house back. Kusum blesses Mangal to always stay happy.
Akshat asks Mangal to come out soon. Kusum wonders if Sowmya has done something again. They all go out and see Ishana and Neel standing with a surprise. Everyone is shocked to see the party arrangements. Adit asks about the sudden party. Ishana says that since they got their home back, they need to celebrate. They play music and dance happily. Sowmya feels frustrated in her room and covers her ears. Neel and Ishana take selfies with the family. Ishana asks Mangal and Adit to never get separated again. Mangal says she will come later and leaves.
Later, Mangal serves food to her in-laws. Adit takes her aside. Kusum asks Sudesh to pray for Adit and Mangal’s reunion. Adit gifts Mangal a phone, as she lost her phone in the blast. Mangal initially refuses to take it, but accepts it after his insistence. Adit thanks her for helping them get their house back. Mangal says that she did it for the kids and Amma and Papa. Kusum prays to God to keep the family happy always.
Adit asks Mangal if she can ever forgive him and give their marriage another chance. Mangal gets shocked and asks him to give her some time. Suddenly, they hear Ishana shouting. They rush and find Akshat unconscious.
At the hospital, the doctor checks Akshat and tells Adit and Mangal that his condition is serious and that his reports are not good. He says Akshat has suffered a minor heart stroke. Mangal is shocked and asks how this could happen to a child. The doctor explains that Akshat has congenital heart disease and that it has been detected at a very advanced stage. He advises them to keep Akshat away from stress. Mangal asks if Akshat will get better. The doctor says he will arrange surgery and advises them not to let Akshat run and to keep him happy. Adit and Mangal agree.
Adit and Mangal bring Akshat home. Kusum asks them what happened to Akshat, but Adit hides his condition. Ishana teases Akshat, and he is about to run, but Mangal stops him and asks him to be careful. Kusum again asks Mangal what the doctor said. Mangal tries to tell the truth, but Adit stops her and says that there is nothing serious. He sends everyone to sleep. Sowmya witnesses everything and decides to find out what Adit and Mangal are hiding.
