.The episode starts with Chinta Bua telling Shanti that it’s wrong to make the groom and baarat wait for the bride, so she should call Mangal. Shanti agrees and goes to call her. Meanwhile, Akshat is still unconscious in the room, and water is flowing near him — he may get electrocuted if it reaches him.
Kusum goes near the bride’s room. Standing outside, she tells Mangal that if she wants to give Adit another chance like she suggested, she’s with her and requests Mangal to call off the marriage with Kapil. Just then, Shanti arrives and angrily takes Kusum inside the room. She shows her that Mangal is not there and scolds Kusum for asking Mangal to cancel the wedding, saying it seems Mangal is missing because of her.
Chinta Bua comes there and asks if Mangal isn’t present. Shanti says Mangal is still at the parlour. Chinta Bua remarks that it seems Mangal hasn’t moved on from her first marriage and has run away from the wedding. She says Mangal doesn’t deserve Kapil and insists that the baarat won’t leave until Kapil gets married. Lipika arrives and says everyone is calling them. Chinta Bua then asks Shanti to make Lipika the bride and get her married to Kapil. Everyone is shocked. Lipika, in tears, asks Shanti to say something. Shanti hesitates, asking how this can happen. Chinta Bua declares it will happen, covers Lipika with a dupatta, and forcefully takes her with her. Lipika cries, saying they can’t do this to her.
Pratima arrives and asks what’s going on. Chinta Bua says Mangal ran away from home, and now Kapil will marry Lipika. Pratima refuses, saying it won’t happen, but Chinta Bua shouts at her to stay quiet and declares she’ll get Kapil married to Lipika. She drags Lipika to the stage. Kapil, confused, asks what’s happening and where Mangal is.
Just then, Mangal arrives at the venue in distress and asks where Akshat is. Kapil asks why she’s drenched and whether she was in the room. Chinta Bua is shocked to see her. Mangal ignores everyone and searches for Akshat. Ishana says Akshat is nowhere to be found. Shanti insists that Akshat must be around and tells Mangal to get ready for the wedding. Mangal refuses and keeps searching until she spots Akshat’s kurta. She unlocks the door and saves him just in time, pulling unconscious Akshat out of the room before he gets electrocuted.
Mangal pleads with the unconscious Akshat to wake up. Kapil comes and turns off the power in the room. Everyone gathers there, worried for Akshat. Kapil rushes to call the doctor. Bijli tells Chinta Bua to pray that Akshat doesn’t regain consciousness, otherwise he will expose her. Chinta Bua comments sarcastically.
The pandit arrives and says only a few minutes are left for the wedding. Chinta Bua tells Mangal that Akshat is fine and asks her to go sit in the mandap for the rituals. She instructs Kusum to stay with Akshat until the ceremony is over. Kusum glares at her angrily. Kapil returns, and Pratima asks Mangal to proceed, but Mangal refuses, saying she cannot until Akshat regains consciousness. Chinta Bua holds Mangal hand and says Akshat may trapped in room while playing and come to marry Kapil as your first marriage already broken and don’t make scene in this marriage too. Mangal refuses to go with her until Akshat gains consciousness.
