The episode starts with Sowmya arguing with Adit for ignoring her. Adit asks Sowmya to calm down and asks Sowmya what happened. Sowmya comments on Adit as he asked her to come to the bliss cafe at 7 pm as she has a surprise planned for him there and he also saw her message but he just ignored her. Ishana hopes that no one will find out she deleted the message.
Adit comments on Sowmya and reminds Sowmya that he is on a wheel chair and he can’t come anywhere on his own. Adit also says he hasn’t gotten any message from her. Sowmya says it is her mistake not thinking about his situation but she sent a message to him. Adit shows his phone and says he hasn’t gotten any message. Sowmya asks Adit how is it possible. Sowmya shows in his phone that she sent the message. Adit says it might not have reached him due to the network issue. Sowmya says she is sure someone has deleted the message from his phone and she will prove it.
Mangal is shown to be working in the kitchen. Ishana comes to the kitchen. Mangal notices Ishana is distracted. Mangal asks Ishana what happened. Ishana says to Mangal that she is the one who deleted the message from Adit’s phone. Mangal asks Ishana why did she do that. Ishana says Adit was spending quality time with her after a long time and she didn’t want Adit to leave them and go to Sowmya. Mangal says to Ishana what she did was a mistake and says it is wrong for her to delete message from Adit’s phone. Mangal says to Ishana that everything has changed and it is better for her to accept this truth. Sowmya overhears their conversation. Sowmya decides to reveal about this to Adit.
Mangal later convinces Ishana to tell the truth to Adit and Sowmya and apologise to them. Ishana says Adit will be mad at her. Mangal says to Ishana that she needs to apologise as she made a mistake.
Sowmya later instigates Adit against Mangal by saying Ishana is the one who deleted the photo and Mangal was encouraging Ishana to do things like that. Adit says it is not possible. Sowmya asks Adit to question Ishana himself.
Adit and Sowmya come to Ishana. Sowmya asks Adit to question Ishana and comments on her. Kusum asks Sowmya what happened. Sowmya says Ishana is the one who deleted the message from Adit’s phone.
Jia asks Karthik why is he thinking about Lakshmi at this time. Karthik says he asked Lakshmi to decorate the terrace and hopes that she has come down the terrace. Jia asks Karthik not to talk about Lakshmi and ruin this date. Karthik agrees.
Karthik sees Jia has dropped his house terrace keys from her purse. Karthik asks Jia about it. Jia says Gayatri asked her to lock the terrace and she put the keys in her purse and forgot about it. Karthik asks Jia if she saw Lakshmi on the terrace. Jia says no.
Karthik calls Lakshmi but she doesn’t attend his phone. Karthik doesn’t cut the cake and leaves from there as he is worried about Lakshmi.
Karthik comes to the terrace and sees Lakshmi has lost consciousness. Karthik brings Lakshmi into the home and tends to her along with his family.
Jia comes to Karthik’s home and argues with him for tending to Lakshmi as there are people here for her but he left her at the restaurant and humiliated her. Karthik asks Jia how can she speak like this and says she is responsible for Lakshmi’s condition and comments on Jia. Jai gets upset and leaves from there.
Gayatri says she will talk to Jia and asks Karthik to take care if Lakshmi.
Gayatri comes to Jia and begs Jia not to leave Karthik like that and says she will talk to Karthik. Jia comments on it.
Gayatri later asks Karthik to go to Jia and talk to her. Karthik agrees.
Karthik comes to Jia and apologises to her. Jia comments on Karthik and says to Karthik they should think about the next step of their relationship and says he should think about their marriage.
