Mangal Lakshmi 15th October 2024 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode begins with Mangal showing sherwani to Adit. Adit asks if she took it from the car. Mangal says that Ishana grabbed it when she went to get the charger, and they thought it was for Karva Chauth. Adit thinks it’s better if they continue to assume this, so he agrees. Mangal then asks why he bought such a heavy sherwani, as he hasn’t worn one like that since their wedding. Adit explains that it was on sale, so he purchased it. Ishana tells them she needs to take photos to send to Karthik, who will show them to Lakshmi. Just then, Kusum calls Mangal, saying the pandit has arrived. Meanwhile, Adit is preoccupied, thinking that he needs to meet Soumya by 8 p.m.
Soumya calls her pandit to learn more about the ritual and tells him she bought a box of mud sindoor for it. Adit is about to leave the house after getting ready, but Mangal and Kusum stop him. Meanwhile, Soumya accidentally breaks the mud sindoor box and starts crying, seeing the sindoor scattered on the floor. She calls Adit, telling him about the bad omen and pleading with him to get another mud sindoor box for the ritual. Adit notices Mangal’s sindoor box and agrees. He quietly takes it from Mangal’s plate and puts it in his pocket.
Karthik is busy helping Lakshmi get ready. Mangal starts searching for her sindoor box (Singoda) and tells Adit and Kusum that it’s missing. She expresses her concern, saying she doesn’t know why so many bad omens are happening. She adds that the box is from her wedding day and has disappeared. Kusum reassures Mangal, saying Adit is her “suhaag” and tells her not to worry. Just then, Kusum receives a call from Gayathri and steps aside. Adit, seeing an opportunity, misleads Mangal by saying his boss was in an accident and quickly leaves. After Kusum returns, Mangal informs her that Adit left. Kusum hopes that Adit isn’t hiding anything from them and reassures Mangal that Adit will return on time.
Meanwhile, Karthik plays a trick to help Lakshmi recover. He pretends to be in danger, causing Lakshmi to stand up from her wheelchair and rush to warn him. Karthik then hugs her, explaining that the wire didn’t have any current, and he only played a trick to help her recover. Lakshmi smiles in relief. Elsewhere, Mangal continues searching for her Singoda and prays to Maata Rani to help her find it. While searching, she stumbles upon some divorce papers. Just as she is about to open them, Karthik calls her, excitedly telling her that Lakshmi has recovered. Overjoyed, Mangal says she’s coming to meet them at the temple, leaving the divorce papers behind.
Mangal shares the good news with Kusum, who is equally happy. Mangal then tells Kusum that she’s heading to the temple to meet Adit. Kusum suggests that Mangal call Adit to the temple and celebrate Karva Chauth there. Mangal agrees, thanks Kusum, and leaves, taking her puja items with her.
On the way, Soumya thanks Adit for bringing the kumkum box. She asks him to meet her at the Mannat Vali tree after buying some fruits. Meanwhile, Mangal prays at the Vath Vriksh, asking for Lakshmi’s and her family’s well-being. At the same time, Soumya arrives at the same spot.
Back at the house, Kusum enters Mangal’s room to close the windows. While doing so, she spots some papers on the floor. Upon picking them up, she is shocked to see they are divorce papers signed by Adit. At the temple, Mangal and Soumya see each other after tying the thread around the tree, and Mangal is left stunned.
