The episode starts with Mangal getting back her mangalsutra from the thief. Kusum comes to Mangal and asks if she is fine. Mangal tells her that she is fine. Adit and Soumya escape from the market. Adit tells Soumya that they got saved in the nick of time. Mangal sees her Mangalsutra is broken. She feels worried for Adit’s safety. Kusum asks Mangal to call Adit and asks him to come to the market to pick them up.
Mangal calls Adit. Adit picks up the call and asks Mangal to not disturb him. He cuts the call. Kusum takes the phone. She calls Adit and tells him about Mangal’s brave act. She asks Adit to come to the market to pick them up. Adit tries to refuse but Kusum doesn’t listen to him and demands him to come.
Adit asks Soumya to leave in auto. He drops her there and leaves from there. Soumya decides to take revenge for her insult. The inspector praises Mangal for her bravery. The whole market appreciates Mangal. Adit comes there. Mangal tells the Inspector that Adit is her husband. The inspector tells Adit how brave his wife is. The inspector and his team leave from there with the thief. A vegetable seller who sold vegetables to Adit identifies him. Adit escapes from her and leaves from there taking Mangal and Kusum.
While leaving for Kuldevi temple, Karthik’s father asks Gayatri to sit in the backseat and let Lakshmi sit with Karthik. Gayatri thinks of her behaviour with her mother in law in the past. She loses her consciousness. Everyone feels worried for Gayatri and takes her inside. Later, Sanjana mocks Gayatri and tells her that the past will haunt her.
Adit and Mangal return home with Kusum. Akshat, Ishana, and their grandfather appreciate Mangal for her bravery. Adit asks how they learned about the market incident. Adit’s father turns on the TV and shows Adit how they saw Mangal’s news on TV. Ishana and Akshat tell Mangal that they receive many appreciation calls from their friends. Adit feels insecure and spoils the moment. Kusum asks Adit why he left the Puja. Ishana says Adit comes home to take Soumya to the doctor as Soumya was injured. Kusum confronts Adit about it. Adit manages Kusum saying he took Soumya to hospital as Ishana needs a teacher. He comments on Mangal. Kusum tells Adit how Mangal rescued Mangalsutra risking her life. She asks him to learn to respect his wife. She gives mangalsutra to Adit. Adit tells her that it’s broken. Kusum asks him to repair it and return to Mangal.

Precap – Lakshmi asks Karthik to not disturb Gayatri’s sleep. Nidhi tries to complain to Gayatri about it but Sanjana stops her.
