The episode begins with Lipika accusing Sowmya of faking her pregnancy. She claims to have proof and plays a video in front of everyone. However, the video shows Shanti instead of Sowmya. Sowmya takes advantage of the situation, creates drama, and convinces Adit that Lipika is lying. Lipika insists that she had recorded Sowmya’s confession and accuses her of deleting the video. Sowmya recalls how she deleted the evidence from Lipika’s phone and replaced it with Shanti’s video.
Adit, frustrated, tells Mangal and her sisters to stay out of his personal life. He asks Sowmya to leave with him. As they are about to go, Sowmya suddenly loses her balance. Concerned, Adit asks if she is okay. Mangal, noticing the similarity between Sowmya and Lipika’s situation, offers to call a doctor for Sowmya. Sowmya declines and insists they leave. Mangal reminds Adit that the first three months of pregnancy are crucial. Adit agrees to let a doctor examine Sowmya, believing it will clear everyone’s doubts.
Mangal asks Lakshmi to call the doctor. Sowmya begins to panic, fearing she might be exposed. Later, the doctor arrives and examines Sowmya. When asked how far along Sowmya is, Adit replies that she is six weeks pregnant. The doctor advises Sowmya to take care of herself, explaining that such symptoms are common in the early stages of pregnancy. Shocked, Sowmya realizes she is actually pregnant.
After the doctor leaves, Adit scolds Lipika and others, demanding they stop accusing Sowmya. He warns them not to stress her further and apologizes to Sowmya before leaving with her. Lipika collapses, repeatedly insisting she is not lying. Lakshmi and Mangal console her. Lakshmi asks Mangal why she didn’t inform her about Sowmya’s pregnancy and mentions that Sowmya had left the house.
Meanwhile, Karthik arrives and informs them that Vrinda is waiting. Kusum and Shanti go with him while Lakshmi and Mangal stay back to comfort Lipika. Lakshmi praises Mangal for standing up for the truth, and the three share an emotional hug.
In the next scene, Sameer’s friends bring him to the mandap, carrying him playfully. Lakshmi shares an idea with Lipika, who successfully puts the varmala (wedding garland) on Sameer’s neck. When it’s Sameer’s turn to put the garland on Lipika, the garland breaks. An elderly woman calls it inauspicious, but Mangal quickly ties the garland and handles the situation. Sameer then places the garland on Lipika’s neck, and the pandit announces it’s time for the phere (wedding rounds).
Elsewhere, Sowmya is waiting for Adit and begins to question her pregnancy. She worries about how it might affect her career. She notices the doctor who confirmed her pregnancy talking to someone.
Back at the wedding, the pandit asks who will tie the gathbandhan (sacred knot). Sameer requests Mangal to do it. While tying the gathbandhan, Mangal becomes emotional.
The doctor, meanwhile, reveals to an unknown woman that Sowmya is not pregnant and that she lied about the pregnancy for money. The unknown woman pays her, and Sowmya overhears their conversation. Shocked, Sowmya sees the unknown woman is Jia. She confronts Jia, asking why she helped her. Jia cryptically replies that she has her own agenda and will reveal her demands in due time. Sowmya presses her for details, but Jia only says she’s here to cause chaos. Suddenly, they hide upon seeing Karthik. Before leaving, Jia asks Sowmya to wish her luck for her next move.
Adit arrives and tells Sowmya that their car is stuck, so they will need to wait. He receives a call from his boss and gets distracted. Sowmya, on the other hand, is consumed by thoughts of Jia’s plan.
Back at the wedding, Mangal asks Lakshmi to fetch the sindoor box (vermilion). On her way, Karthik notices someone unconscious and goes to help. He finds that it’s Jia and carries her to a nearby room. Adit sees Karthik carrying Jia and makes a snide comment.
In the room, Karthik places Jia on the bed. Suddenly, Jia begins to create a scene, accusing Karthik of misbehaving with her and calling for help. Lakshmi, who comes to the room to retrieve the sindoor, is shocked to see the scenario and drops the sindoor box. Jia continues her act, accusing Karthik of forcing himself on her. Karthik denies the allegations and tells Lakshmi that Jia is framing him. Lakshmi assures Karthik that she knows the truth. She confronts Jia, asking why she stooped so low. Jia, in an attempt to gain sympathy, shows her torn clothes and questions Lakshmi’s loyalty.
A guest from the groom’s side witnesses the scene and leaves in shock. Jia uses the opportunity to escape.
The pandit announces that it’s time for Lipika and Sameer to start the phere. Before they can proceed, a guest interrupts the ceremony, claiming that something has happened to Jia. A distressed Jia arrives and accuses Karthik of misbehaving with her. Everyone is left stunned.
Karthik and Lakshmi are furious at Jia’s accusations.

Vrinda asks Sameer to stop the wedding and leaves the mandap.
