Mangal Lakshmi 18th June 2024 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode starts with Mangal saying to Kusum that it’s not a good sign that her mangalsutra had broken. Kusum tells her that she will make a MangalSutra for her like Mangal made for Lakshmi on her wedding.
Karthik tells Lakshmi that he will leave for his work informing Gayatri. Lakshmi tells Kartik that Gayatri has faced a heat stroke and is now resting and requests him to meet her later. Nidhi argues with Lakshmi. She asks Lakshmi to not change the routine of things. Karthik agrees with Lakshmi. He asks Nidhi to not create any scene. Nidhi angrily goes to inform Gayatri about it but Sanjana stops her. Sanjana tells Nidhi that later they can enjoy the drama.
Soumya comes to Adit’s house. Kusum asks why she came. Soumya tells her that she came to collect the purse which she forgot at their place. Kusum tells her that she came at the correct time. She asks Adit to make Mangal wear the Mangal Sutra she prepared. She asks Soumya to take their photos.
Gayatri scolds Indu for not waking her up . Sanjana and Nidhi come there. They instigate Gayatri against Lakshmi and tell her how Lakshmi changed Karthik.
Adit puts mangalsutra on Mangal’s neck. Soumya takes their photos and decides to snatch Mangal’s rights from her.
Gayatri scolds Lakshmi for changing the house rules. She warns Lakshmi to not change the house rules. Lakshmi tries to talk to him but Gayatri doesn’t listen. Gayatri calls Karthik and tells him that she will get him lunch in 10 minutes. Karthik tells Gayatri that he already ate lunch prepared by Lakshmi. He advises Gayatri to retire giving his responsibility to Lakshmi. Gayatri cuts the call and leaves from there in fury. Sanjana thinks that she wishes to see Gayatri’s sufferings.
Mangal asks Soumya to eat lunch with them. Mangal serves Adit’s favourite food to him. Adit enjoys his favourite curry. Soumya doesn’t like it. She makes Mangal fall to the floor. Everyone rushed to help Mangal. Mangal tells Adit that she will get him curry. Adit tells Mangal that he is bored of her food and comments on her. Soumya smirks.
Indu asks Lakshmi if she is not upset with Gayatri’s behaviour. Lakshmi talks positively about Gayatri. Gayatri overhears it. She thinks she did correct by choosing Lakshmi as her Daughter-in-law. She places her hand on Lakshmi’s head. Jia witnessed it. She breaks the vase and leaves from there. Lakshmi and Gayatri don’t understand how vase got broken.
Later, Lakshmi calls Mangal. She tells Mangal that she is proud of her. During their conversation, Mangal tells Lakshmi that Soumya is helping in Ishana’s studies. Lakshmi says it’s not good to take Soumya’s help. Adit takes the phone and warns Lakshmi to not be involved in their house matters. He cuts the call. He hears the calling bell sound and opens the door. Police come in which shocks Mangal and her family.

Precap – Jia asks Gayatri to fulfill her promise. She gives Divorce paper to Gayatri. Later, Gayatri decides to outsmart Jia. She tears the divorce papers.
