Mangal Lakshmi 19th August 2024 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode starts with Mangal apologising to Gayatri for taking Lakshmi with her without informing her. She asks Gayatri if she is angry. Lakshmi apologises to Gayatri and Karthik for not informing them. Karthik says to Lakshmi that they were all worried for her. He says it would be good if she informed them prior. Lakshmi says she informed Sanjana. Sanjana lies that Lakshmi didn’t inform her. Lakshmi tries to talk but Sanjana stops her and asks Lakshmi to do the ritual. Gayatri asks Lakshmi to do the ritual and tells her that she can argue after the ritual. Nidhi comes there and wishes everyone hi. Kusum sends Lakshmi and Mangal to get ready.
Mangal and Lakshmi get ready in twinning dresses. Nidhi ties Rakhi to Karthik’s hand. Ishana ties Rakhi to Adit and Akshat. Gayatri asks everyone to eat food. Mangal says their Rakhi is pending. Sanjana comments on Mangal and Lakshmi’s relations. Mangal gives the box to Lakshmi and asks her to guess what’s in it to decide who will tie the rakhi first. Lakshmi correctly guesses it’s coconut Laddo. Karthik asks Lakshmi how she guessed it correctly. Lakshmi says it’s her favourite so she guessed it. Kusum asks Lakshmi to tie rakhi. Lakshmi and Mangal tie rakhi to each other.
Later, Mannan asks Sowmya why she is staying in a hotel. Sowmya lies to him that renovation work is going on at her place. She thinks she has to bear Mannan until she gets Adit. She receives a call and gets out of the car.
In the room, Adit scolds Mangal for bringing Ishana from boarding school without his permission. On the other hand, Gayatri scolds Lakshmi for humiliating them in front of the guests. Lakshmi says she informed Sanjana before leaving. Gayatri rebukes her. She warns Lakshmi to not misuse Karthik’s goodness. Lakshmi tries to talk but Gayatri doesn’t allow her and leaves from there. Adit tells Mangal that he is Ishana’s father and he will take decisions for her. He asks Mangal to not interfere in his decisions and leaves from there. Mangal wonders if she doesn’t has any rights to make decisions as a mother.
The next day, Adit makes Technician take Ishana’s blood samples to know her infection levels in blood. Mangal gives Kadha to Ishana. Ishana says she will drink it in her room and later, she throws it in a flower pot.
Lakshmi confronts Sanjana why she lied even though she informed her. Sanjana doesn’t accept her mistake and argues with her. Lakshmi thinks Sanjana is lying openly. She doubts if Sanjana was behind Diya’s breaking too. She decides to get the proof against her before confronting her.
Mangal calls Lakshmi and asks her if everything is fine. Lakshmi says everything is fine. Lakshmi asks if she is outside. Mangal says she came to purchase things for Akshat. Mangal sees she has forgotten her bag. She cuts the call.
Ishana calls Soumya. Soumya disconnects the call. Ishana thinks Soumya’s idea worked and she is happily back home. She sees Mangal is not at home and starts practicing dance. Mangal comes home and hears a loud noise from Ishana’s room. She opens the room and sees Ishana on bed. She asks Ishana why she kept loud music. Ishana says she is bored. Mangal sees Gungroo in Ishana’s feet and asks if she was dancing. Ishana lies she missed her gift so she wore it. Mangal tells Ishana that rest is needed for her. She asks Ishana to drink Kadha. She assures her that she will come soon finishing her shopping. Ishana feels relieved.
Later, Adit comes home with a gift. Mangal questions Adit for whom he brought the gift. Adit says it’s for her. Adit’s father asks on which occasion he is gifting Mangal. Adit says it’s for Mangal’s upbringing of kids. He asks Mangal to open the gift. Mangal opens the gift and sees lab reports. Mangal questions what are those reports. Kusum asks Adit to answer. Adit says they are Ishana’s blood report and she doesn’t have any infection.
