The episode begins with Mangal handing evidence to Adit against Sowmya. Adit looks at Sowmya angrily. Mangal demands an explanation from Sowmya. Sowmya nervously tells Adit that she might have accidentally burned the invoices while disposing of waste papers. Mangal rebukes her and questions Adit’s silence. She reminds him that he often lashes out at her for trivial matters but remains quiet when Sowmya jeopardized his career. Mangal asks Adit to decide who is truly at fault.
Sowmya defends herself, claiming she had come to the office at night to retrieve her charger and had no intention of risking Adit’s career. However, Mangal asserts that Sowmya’s actions were intentional and meant to frame her. She tells Adit that while he may choose to stay silent, she won’t. Declaring that the truth has come out, Mangal leaves to report everything to Sharma Ji. Sowmya rushes after her in panic.
Sowmya notices Mangal heading toward the boss. Fearing for her job, she deliberately makes Isha fall to create a distraction. Taking advantage of the moment, she reaches Sharma Ji and admits that she accidentally burned Adit’s invoices while disposing of waste papers. Sharma Ji scolds her for remaining silent while Mangal and Adit were wrongly blamed. He points out that her carelessness caused them to lose a deal and refuses to forgive her. Sowmya pleads for another chance, promising to retrieve the invoices from the vendor.
Mangal is about to reveal the truth, but Sowmya falls at her feet, begging both her and Adit for forgiveness. Reluctantly, Mangal remains silent.
Sharma Ji apologizes to Adit and Mangal for not trusting them. He praises Mangal for insisting on a second review of the situation. Mangal humbly responds that the circumstances forced him to act the way he did. As she tries to continue, Sowmya interrupts, asking for another chance. Sharma Ji instructs Sowmya to retrieve every missing invoice and tells Adit and Mangal to forgive her. Adit calmly says that clearing his name is enough for him. Sharma Ji then turns to Mangal, asking if she is okay with giving Sowmya another chance. Mangal agrees. After Sharma Ji leaves, Sowmya walks away in silence.
Isha hugs Mangal and congratulates her. The employees apologize to Adit for misunderstanding him. Adit, feeling relieved, smiles at Mangal.
Sowmya, on the other hand, thinks about how she managed to convince the boss but still needs to win over Adit.
Later, Mangal confronts Sowmya. Sowmya insists that her actions were accidental, but Mangal calls out her pretense, stating that she knows Sowmya intended to frame her. Mangal warns her not to repeat such actions.
Elsewhere, Jia thinks about Karthik and vows not to let him leave once he arrives. She hears footsteps and assumes it is Karthik, but she is shocked to see someone else.
At home, Sudesh and Kusum see Adit returning in anger, followed by Sowmya. Mangal arrives shortly after. Kusum, sensing tension, asks Mangal what happened. Mangal tells Kusum to sit down as she begins to explain everything.
Sowmya confronts Adit, questioning his behavior. She complains that he didn’t speak to her at the office and even drove home alone, forcing her to take an auto. Adit, visibly upset, reprimands Sowmya, reminding her that her carelessness nearly cost him his job. He thanks Mangal for saving his career. Sowmya becomes irritated, feeling that Adit is siding with Mangal. Adit bluntly tells her that his career is more important than anything else.
Feeling hurt, Sowmya decides to leave the house, expecting Adit to stop her. She packs her bags and loudly announces her departure. Adit, however, walks past her without saying a word. Kusum, unimpressed by Sowmya’s theatrics, tells her to lock the door on her way out.
Sowmya leaves Adit’s house. Kusum, excited by her departure, hugs Mangal. Mangal decides to visit the temple, and Kusum agrees.
At the temple, Mangal prays to the Goddess. Unbeknownst to her, Sowmya watches from a distance.
