The episode starts with Mangal tripping. Kapil helps her and asks why she looks worried and if something has happened. Mangal replies that everything is fine. Kapil suggests she take the day off and tells her to let him know if she needs anything. Mangal walks away without saying a word, and Kapil senses that she’s hiding her problems.
Meanwhile, Adit arrives at the office for his meeting. The receptionist informs him that he is 30 minutes late. Adit explains that there was an accident on the highway, which caused the delay. She allows him to proceed to the meeting. As Adit enters the conference room, he is shocked to see Mangal representing Kapil. When he notices the brand name “Pehli Swad,” he is even more stunned. Kapil walks in and says, “Shall we start?” Adit, taken aback, drops the file in shock and gathers the scattered papers. Kapil asks Mangal why she didn’t take rest, as he had said he would handle the meeting. Mangal responds that she’s fine.
Adit apologizes for the delay. Kapil firmly tells him, “You should be sorry. You’ve already wasted 30 minutes of madam’s time. You had a 35-minute slot, so use the remaining 15 minutes wisely.” Adit starts his presentation, but he’s clearly nervous and unable to present properly. Kapil offers water to Mangal while Adit continues to fumble. Eventually, Adit admits that he can’t complete the presentation and needs more time. Kapil scolds him for wasting their time and asks him to apologize to Mangal. Adit apologizes, and Kapil turns to Mangal and asks if Adit deserves another chance. Mangal agrees to give him one. Kapil tells Adit, “I respect Mangal, which is why I’m giving you another chance. Come prepared next time.” Adit leaves, throwing a glare at Mangal.
Later, Sowmya comments, “I don’t know when this storm will pass.” She notices Adit looks worried and asks what happened at the meeting. Adit shares everything about his unexpected encounter with Mangal. Shocked, Sowmya questions how Mangal could have become successful so quickly. She speculates that Mangal might have used her innocent face to manipulate Kapil and accuses her of seeking revenge. Adit disagrees, pointing out that Mangal gave him a second chance. However, Sowmya insists that Mangal’s intentions are not good. She warns Adit that Mangal might be offering him a second chance just to hurt his self-respect and take revenge. She challenges him to decide whether he wants to keep working under Mangal or walk away.
Meanwhile, Mangal misses her children and becomes emotional. She cries silently. Kapil notices her upset and asks if she’s feeling low because of the torn saree. Mangal thinks to herself that the remaining piece of the saree is with her son, making it very special to her. Kapil tells her that he got a negative vibe from Adit. Kapil asks Mangal if Adit told her anything before coming into the conference hall as they are both looking awkward. Mangal stays silent. Kapil says to Mangal that she doesn’t need to tell him if she doesn’t feel like it. Kapil later questions Mangal why did she give a chance to Adit as he disrespected her time when she was in Jaipur and he also disrespected her even today. Mangal says everybody deserves a second chance and comments on it. Kapil says but Adit doesn’t deserve it. Mangal says they can’t understand everyone’s situation.
Mangal says to Kapil that if she can give a chance to someone then she will give it and comments on it. Kapil comments on it. Kapil says to Mangal that he is there for her if she wants to tell him anything and make her heart less burdened. Mangal says to Kapil that they are only business partners and there is a line they should not cross. Mangal says to Kapil that she would like to keep her past to herself and comments on it. Kapil agrees and asks Mangal to handle Adit as she is the one who gave chance to Adit. Kapil leaves from there.
