The episode begins with Mangal asking her employees how the bail amount was arranged. One of the employees tells her that everything has been taken care of. Just then, Kusum arrives with the bail papers. She hands them over to the inspector and offers her jewellery to cover the bail amount.
Meanwhile, Sowmya sees Adit leaving the house with money for Mangal’s bail. She stops him, takes the money, and refuses to return it. Adit pleads with her, saying Mangal is innocent and they should help her. Sowmya bluntly refuses and says she has already spent enough on him and doesn’t want her money being used for his ex-wife. She warns Adit not to even touch her cupboard and declares she won’t give him a single rupee.
At the station, the inspector asks Kusum about her relation to Mangal. Kusum replies emotionally, “Mangal is my daughter.” Mangal gets teary-eyed. The inspector then instructs the constable to release Mangal on bail. Overwhelmed, Mangal hugs Kusum.
Adit tries to gather money by calling his contacts but fails. Soon, he sees Mangal returning home with Kusum. Ishana runs to Mangal, hugs her tightly, and says, “I won’t let you go anywhere. If anything happens to you, I can never forgive myself. I’m sorry, Mom.” Mangal comforts her and says it’s not her fault. Ishana expresses her discomfort about the police being involved. Mangal reassures her that everything will be fine and thanks Kusum for helping her. Kusum says she knows Mangal is innocent. Mangal vows to find out who planted drugs in her consignment and promises that no stain will fall on Pehla Swad. Ishana is left shocked.
Later, Mangal calls Jeetu and asks him to send all the CCTV footage immediately.
Meanwhile, Ishana decides to confess the truth. Believing Mangal is in the room, she says aloud that she was the one who placed the packets in the carton, and it was Yash who forced her to do it. She tearfully apologizes. To her shock, it’s not Mangal in the room, but Sowmya. Sowmya closes the door and says she’s glad she came in to take her top, as she overheard everything. She tells Ishana that if Mangal had heard this confession, she would’ve handed her over to the police. Sowmya warns her that her life would have been ruined. Mangal, meanwhile, tells someone over the phone that she wants to see the CCTV footage at any cost.
Sowmya tells Ishana to let her handle everything from now on. Mangal receives a call from the office and leaves immediately. Ishana panics, worried about what might happen if Mangal discovers the truth.
Adit sees Mangal rushing out and asks where she’s going. Kusum intervenes and tells Adit to let Mangal go—she’s determined to uncover the truth. Adit reminds Kusum that he already told Mangal Kapil was behind it, but she refused to believe him. Kusum tells Adit to stay out of it.
Mangal arrives at Kapil’s office. Kapil apologizes for not being able to arrange her bail. Mangal replies that he had no reason to do so anyway. She firmly tells him that she’s going to find the real culprit who planted the drugs in the consignment. Kapil agrees. After Mangal leaves, he feels uneasy, admitting he couldn’t look her in the eye due to the promise he made to his mother.
Jeetu then informs Mangal that he has CCTV footage from the surrounding areas in the office, but the camera in the main loading area is newly installed and currently not working due to a technical issue. Mangal insists that the main loading area footage is crucial and instructs Jeetu to do whatever it takes to retrieve it. Jeetu agrees.

Precap: Mangal finds Ishana’s bracelet in the loading area and wonders what it’s doing there. She questions Ishana about the bracelet she gave her for her birthday.
