The episode starts with Akshat asking Mangal, “Mom, am I really going to die?” Mangal tells Akshat never to talk like that and assures him that he is fine. Adit also tells Akshat that he will be fine. However, Akshat doesn’t believe them and starts crying.
Ishana says that everyone heard on the loudspeaker that Akshat has a hole in his heart and will need surgery, while Mangal was talking to the doctor. Akshat panics, cries uncontrollably, and falls to the floor. Mangal and Adit take Akshat to the bedroom. Kusum asks Ishana if they already knew about Akshat’s condition before. Ishana says yes. Everyone gets worried for Akshat and starts crying. Sowmya thinks her mission is successful because now everyone is in tears.
Later, Akshat refuses to take his medicine when Adit asks him to. Mangal tells Akshat that he will recover soon if he takes the tablet. Akshat takes it and asks what has happened to him. Mangal explains that he has a hole in his heart, but he will be completely cured after the surgery. Mangal tells Akshat a story to make him strong and ready for the surgery. She tells him that this surgery will make him stronger and he should never forget that. She ties a Raksha Kavach to Akshat, making him happy. Adit smiles seeing them.
The next day, Mangal confronts Sowmya and asks why she connected her phone to the speaker and made Akshat and everyone else learn about his condition. She tells Sowmya that she is going to become a mother, so how can she be so harsh towards Akshat? Sowmya mockingly asks Mangal to go and pray to God to save Akshat from death. Mangal pours water on Sowmya’s face, scolds her, and leaves. Sowmya thinks of a new plan to trouble Mangal and calls someone.
Shanti and Kusum, in tears, ask Mangal about Akshat’s condition. Mangal says Akshat will be fine after surgery, and she won’t let anything happen to him. Ishana calls Mangal, and Mangal rushes to see Akshat’s condition worsening. Mangal asks what happened. Ishana says she gave Akshat his medicine, and after that, he started feeling this way. They quickly rush Akshat to the hospital. Sowmya smirks and thinks that now no one knows whether Akshat will return home or not.
At the hospital, the doctor checks Akshat and tells the family that due to stress, Akshat’s condition has worsened, and he needs immediate heart surgery. Adit and Mangal ask the doctor to call the surgeon and say they are ready to pay any amount. Mangal notices Akshat’s heart rate fluctuating and hears doctors discussing that heart surgeons are not available today. Adit tells Mangal not to cry and says he will try to contact other surgeons through his friends. Mangal prays to Mata Rani to save her son.
