The episode starts with Mangal breaking down as she sees Adit taking Akshat with him. Kapil witnesses everything and realizes that Mangal is Adit Saxena’s wife. Akshat cries out, calling “Mama.” Adit warns Akshat not to make him angry. Mangal prays to Maata Rani, asking her to help reunite her with her children. Just then, Adit receives a call from Kapil, asking to meet immediately. Adit agrees.
He sees Mangal in the mirror and decides to leave Akshat with her until his meeting with Kapil is over. He returns and asks Mangal to take care of Akshat until he comes back. Mangal cries while hugging Akshat.
Meanwhile, Kusum calls Pratima and thanks her for sending the backache oil. Pratima tells her that the oil was prepared by the girl she likes for her son. Kusum smells it and feels it’s similar to the one Mangal used to prepare. After applying it, she tells Pratima it’s already making her feel better. Kusum then invites Pratima to bring her son and his partner to her home for the Akshaya Tritiya pooja. Pratima agrees.
Kusum asks Kamala to purchase items for the pooja scheduled for the next day. As she is about to hand over the money, Sowmya interrupts and sends Kamala away. She tells Kusum not to organize any poojas, saying it’s a waste of her money. Kusum argues that it’s her own money, but Sowmya insists it should be used for her treatment, especially now that Akshat is returning home, and takes the money. Kusum asks if Akshat is really coming home. Sowmya confirms it and adds that everyone is living off her money, then walks away. Kusum worries about how to tell Pratima and her family not to come.
Kapil begins to understand Mangal’s situation. Meanwhile, Adit calls Sowmya and tells her he’ll be home late as he’s meeting an investor. Sowmya tells him to make sure he brings the money and agrees to the investor’s conditions—reminding him that Akshat is also coming home and that he promised to take care of his kids. The receptionist informs Adit that Kapil is ready to meet him.
Adit meets Kapil and asks him for a chance. Kapil questions why Adit refused to work with him earlier. Adit explains that he had a personal issue. Kapil asks if the issue is his ex-wife, Mangal. Adit is shocked. Kapil assures him he can relax and sit down. Adit thinks to himself, wondering what Mangal might have said about him. He claims that Mangal must have given Kapil the wrong impression. Kapil tells him that Mangal never crossed her limits and never discussed her personal life. Kapil adds, “You never truly understood Mangal—that’s why you left a woman like her. It’s Mangal who wants to give you another chance. If I were in her place, I wouldn’t.” Adit asks if Kapil called him just to insult him or to discuss the deal. Kapil apologizes and says he does have a deal, but with one condition.
When Adit asks what it is, Kapil looks out the window and sees Mangal playing with Akshat. He tells Adit that his condition is simple: he must not stop Mangal from meeting her children.
