The episode starts with Adit helping Mangal by setting her chunri. Mangal tells him their new house is so good. Adit gives credit to Soumya. Mangal asks him if Soumya will come to their Gruhapravesh. Adit says she will not come because of her mother Shanti’s insult. Mangal decides to invite Soumya again.
Lakshmi decorates the place with flowers. Karthik comes there and tries to help her. She refuses to take his help. Karthik requests her to understand his situation and apologises to her again. Kids come there and make Karthik, Lakshmi share a moment. A flower basket falls on his head. Lakshmi smiles seeing him.
Mangal sees her phone battery is dead. Mangal’s son unlocks Adit’s phone. Mangal takes Adit’s phone from him and calls Saumya. Adit comes there and asks who is she calling. Mangal is taken aback when Soumya addresses Adit as a baby. Adit alerts Soumya. Soumya manages the situation. Mangal apologises to Soumya from her family’s side. She requests Soumya to attend the housewarming ceremony for Adit’s happiness. Soumya agrees to come to their house.
Adit asks Mangal to make sure the food arrangements are good. Mangal agrees. She feels Adit is confident about her food. Adit decides to call Soumya to know about Italian food arrangements.
Karthik sees Lakshmi enjoying with kids. Jia comes there and surprises Karthik. Karthik gets shocked seeing her and asks her what’s she doing here. Jia asks him to talk to his mom about their marriage quickly. Gayatri overhears their conversation. Karthik tells Jia that he will talk to his mom when the correct time comes. Jia warns him to do it quickly and leaves. Gayatri thinks about her past curse.
Adit sees his boss entering the house with his family. Adit sees his boss warns Mangal that if she behaves carelessly in front of his boss then she will face his wrath. Mangal agrees.
Adit again apologises Lakshmi. Lakshmi says to Karthik that she forgave him and asks him to stay away from her otherwise his mom may misunderstand her again Karthik thanks her for forgiving him. Gayatri comes to them. Karthik tries to tell his mom that Lakshmi didn’t do any mistake. Gayatri comments on him and takes Lakshmi aside with her. Gayatri makes Lakshmi wear her necklace seeing her empty neck. Lakshmi says she can’t accept it. Gayatri asks her to accept it if she forgives her. Lakshmi accepts it.

Precap – Soumya insults Mangal for preparing Desi food to foreign guests. Adit comes there. Soumya asks him if is this a village wedding? Adit gets shocked and insults Mangal.
Shanti sees Lakshmi’s necklace and says this is why you couldn’t buy a sofa. She pulls it. Lakshmi says it’s not from my money. Mangal comes to Lakshmi’s rescue and stops Shanti.
Adit asks Soumya to ask about the food. Soumya calls the caterers but the caterers say that they can’t come. Mangal overhears Soumya’s conversation over the phone. Lakshmi assures Mangal that they can handle it.
Lakshmi and Mangal prepare food for all the guests. Lakshmi says to herself that she will not allow Adit’s head to be bowed down in shame.p
