The episode starts with Adit’s boss congratulating him and compliments the decorations. He tells about his son being excited about meeting Kartik Nigam at the function. They are taken to meet Kartik. Adit asks Soumya to confirm about food from hotel and make sure pasta is served hot. Mangal checks the arrangements for food and tells cook to prepare Indian dishes. Soumya comes there calling Mangal and gets shocked seeing the food arrangements. She asks Mangal if Adit and she doesn’t communicate with each other. She calls Adit to come to lawn immediately.
Lakshmi’s chachi confronts her about the necklace she is wearing and asks where is the sofa . Lakshmi tells that Mangal had given the swear not to buy it. She hurts Lakshmi’s wrist by holding it tightly. Soumya shows the Indian food items being prepared by Mangal and cooks. Adit loses his temper and insults Mangal. He questions whether she had not seen the list prepared by him. Mangal thinks if Adit did not see the list she made for food items. Soumya says she will manage everything and they need to serve Italian food like pizza and pasta not the Desi items.
Soumya asks Mangal to leave and manage other tasks while she arranges for the food. Shanti starts pulling Lakshmi’s necklace harshly hurting her. Mangal comes there and stops her. She says Lakshmi can never be wrong and takes a stand for her. Even Kusum comes hearing the chaos. Mangal again tells she has already got all the furniture made so sofa isn’t required. Shanti alleges Lakshmi of buying the expensive necklace using the money for sofa. Lipika also says the same . But Kusum tells it might be imitation. Gayatri takes a stand for Lakshmi and says she is one who made her wear it.
Kusum tells Shanti about differentiating between Lipika and Lakshmi and says how Lakshmi never demands for anything. Adit comes there and asks them to maintain peace as his boss is there outside. Kusum requests Shanti and Lipika to sit quietly and not create any more drama. Later Mangal questions Lakshmi how Gayatri made her wear the necklace. The latter says even she was shocked seeing this because of last incident. Mangal says once anyone wins Gayatri’s trust she showers with lots of love. Lakshmi agrees to her.
Shanti confronts Gayatri about her change of view about Lakshmi and gifting her necklace. Gayatri tells she has given to wear only for function and also she noticed how Lakshmi has same manners like Mangal and even after being alleged by Shanti she did not answer back. Shanti also appreciates Lakshmi’s mannerism. She says Gayatri that her bare neck is not looking good so she will give her something nice to wear. Kusum scolds Mangal for not looking at food arrangements. Soumya gets shocked when caterers inform her that order is of two days later. The episode ends with Kusum asking Mangal to go and tell Saumya that she will manage the food arrangements.
