The episode begins with Mangal telling the kidnappers that she knows nothing about drugs. The kidnappers refuse to believe her and warn her that they will not let her go until she reveals the truth. A boy arrives with a plate of food, but one of the kidnappers pushes him away for bringing food for Mangal. After the kidnapper leaves, the boy offers Mangal food, but she refuses to eat.
Meanwhile, Adit informs Kusum that Mangal has gone missing from the metro station. Kusum blames Adit for not taking proper care of Mangal. Worried, she prays to Mata Rani to protect her. Adit promises Kusum that he will bring Mangal back safely and asks her not to cry. He decides to go to the police station to lodge a complaint, and Kusum insists on accompanying him.
Elsewhere, Shanti enters Sowmya’s room and wonders where she has gone. Sowmya comes out of the bathroom and pretends to act normal. Shanti questions her, saying she knows Sowmya went out and demands to know whom she met. Sowmya lies, claiming she was in the washroom, and asks why Shanti is behaving as if she followed her. Shanti scolds her and leaves. Sowmya thinks to herself that Mangal left her mother behind to spy on her and wishes that Mangal’s trip gets ruined.
Tied up, Mangal hears noises from outside and notices some dancers performing nearby. Afraid to shout, she prays to Mata Rani for help. She spots a sharp object nearby and manages to untie her ropes. The boy returns and gives her a dancer’s costume, urging her to escape as the police station is nearby. Grateful, Mangal hugs him. Disguised as a dancer, she joins the group outside. The kidnappers are busy enjoying their meal when Mangal tries to escape, but one kidnapper catches her. She throws dust into his eyes and runs. The kidnappers chase her.
At the same time, Adit arrives in the area searching for Mangal. He spots her and calls out happily. Mangal runs toward him, and Adit moves forward to hug her, but a kidnapper shoots Mangal from behind. She collapses on the ground. Kusum and the police arrive. Before losing consciousness, Mangal hands over the drug packet to the police and identifies the kidnappers. The police arrest them, and Adit and Kusum rush Mangal to the hospital.
In the ICU, Mangal undergoes surgery. Later, the doctor comes out, and Adit anxiously asks about her condition. The doctor says that Mangal’s condition is critical as she has lost a lot of blood. Adit collapses in shock. Kusum asks him what the doctor said.
Sowmya hears the doorbell and opens the door, only to be shocked to see Paras. She tells him she will meet him later and quickly closes the door as Shanti approaches.
Kusum visits the temple and prays for Mangal’s recovery. Adit joins her in prayer. At the hospital, Adit looks at his photos with Mangal on his phone and becomes emotional. He is horrified to see the doctors giving Mangal electric shocks to revive her heart. The doctor finally declares that Mangal has passed away and asks the nurse to note the time of death. Kusum asks what happened. The doctor tells Adit that they couldn’t save Mangal. Adit drops his phone, and Kusum breaks down in tears.

Precap: Mangal is shown unconscious on a hospital bed. Adit begs her to wake up and asks her to think about Kusum, Sudesh, and their children. He emotionally questions what would happen to him if she doesn’t wake up.
