The episode starts with Mangal trying to get an auto. Kusum wakes up and asks Adit if she has done something. Adit says to Kusum that she hasn’t done anything. Adit tries to calm down Kusum. Adit makes Kusum drink water. Sowmya thinks after Kusum drinks water they have to take Kusum to the hospital.
Mangal gets an auto and leaves to her home. Sowmya worries about Adit not taking Kusum to the hospital after seeing Kusum calm down. Sowmya sees the music system. Sowmya sees the remote and turns on the music system. Kusum gets another panic attack hearing the loud music. Sowmya hides the remote. Adit and Sudesh try to control Kusum. Sowmya turns off the music. Sowmya says to Adit that they have to take Kusum to the hospital. Adit agrees. Kusum begs Adit not to take her anywhere and says she doesn’t want to go anywhere. Sowmya says to Kusum that they are going to the temple. Sowmya asks Kusum to come with them. Kusum agrees. Kusum sees they are trying to get Sowmya in the car. Kusum tries to escape from them. Kusum injures her leg. Sowmya says to Adit if they don’t admit Kusum in the hospital then they she will injure herself. Adit and Sowmya take Kusum in the car to the hospital.
Mangal is shown to be leaving in an auto to her home. The sacred Chunri flies out of the auto. Mangal stops the auto and chases the sacred chunri.
The sacred chunri falls on Adit’s car front glass. Sowmya pulls the sacred chunri away and it flies and falls into Kusum’s hands. Mangal feels sad as she failed to catch the Chunri and leaves from there.
Mangal returns home and finds Sudesh has slept taking sleeping pill. Mangal meets Isha and Akshat and learns about what happened. Mangal calls Adit.
Sowmya, Adit and Kusum come to the hospital to admit her. Kusum. Adit attends Mangal’s call.
Lakshmi gets a call from Jia. Jia says to Lakshmi that she would like to meet her and both of them want to get Karthik out of jail and she will tell her how. Jia asks Lakshmi to meet her at 4 pm. Lakshmi agrees.
Raghuveer advises Lakshmi against it but she still insists that she will meet Jia.
Raghuveer and Lakshmi come to Sanjana and they find Sanjana’s chair fallen on the floor. Lakshmi helps Sanjana and unties her. Lakshmi argues with Raghuveer saying he is treating Sanjana like an animal. Raghuveer argues with Lakshmi. Sanjana sees both of them distracted and escapes from the room and locks the room from outside. Raghuveer comments on Lakshmi for trusting Sanjana.
Raghuveer and Lakshmi later break the door and escape from the room.
Lakshmi comes to meet Jia. Lakshmi sees a gift wrap and a message that in the gift box there is Karthik’s freedom. Jia asks Lakshmi why isn’t she opening the gift box. Lakshmi comments on it.
