The episode starts with Adit asking Mangal what he would have told his family if anything had happened to her. He then asks what would happen to him. Realizing there is nothing more to do, Adit says they should leave and takes Mangal away.
Meanwhile, Sowmya tries to unlock Mangal’s phone and succeeds. She smirks, thinking that she is about to bring bitterness into Mangal’s sweet life.
Akshat tells Sudesh that he received a message from Mangal. Sudesh opens it and reads aloud: “I want to expose Niketan. I have revealed the truth, so please come to the hospital with Akshat without informing anyone. We will celebrate and inform the family later.” Convinced, Akshat and Sudesh decide to go to the hospital alone. Before leaving, Sudesh tells Kusum they are going out to get ice cream for Akshat.
Sowmya notices them leaving and smirks, thinking that her plan will make Adit hate Mangal, while Akshat’s suffering will push Adit over the edge.
Sowmya then calls her men and orders them to attack. As Sudesh and Akshat travel, their car is stopped by a group of men, who start attacking it, shouting that they won’t spare Mangal’s family because she is a murderer. Panicking, Sudesh tries calling Mangal, but Sowmya sees the call and smirks.
Meanwhile, Adit receives a call from an investor asking for a meeting in half an hour. He tells Mangal to go home and then leaves. Mangal prays to Maa Durga for strength to prove her innocence, but suddenly realizes that she left her phone at home.
Back on the road, Akshat, terrified, tells Sudesh that the attackers might kill them and urges him to call Mangal. Sudesh tries again, but Mangal doesn’t answer. Watching from afar, Sowmya thinks to herself that this incident will turn Adit against Mangal.
Sudesh orders the driver to start the car, but the driver, seeing the mob, tells them to get out. As Sudesh steps out, he is pushed down by the attackers. He warns Akshat to stay inside the car while he pleads with the mob, insisting that Mangal is innocent—but they refuse to listen. Akshat cries helplessly.
At home, Kusum senses something is wrong when she sees a bad omen—Sudesh’s favorite kurti accidentally catching fire. Worried, she calls Mangal, but there’s no response. She then calls Adit and tells him about the inauspicious signs she witnessed. Adit dismisses her worries and tells her to ignore them.
Meanwhile, the situation worsens as Akshat is trapped inside the car, which suddenly starts moving. Sudesh runs alongside, urging Akshat to open the door or window, but Akshat is unable to do so and cries in fear. Sowmya, watching, looks momentarily worried.
At the same time, Mangal faints while saving an unknown child. In her unconscious state, she has a vision of Akshat being in danger and wakes up in shock. The child’s mother thanks Mangal for saving her son. Mangal then prays for the safety of all children. Meanwhile, Akshat is shown unconscious inside the moving car.
At Karthik’s House
Jia tells Karthik that his family will go to any lengths to separate them and manipulates him against them. Frustrated, Karthik confronts his father and declares that he will leave the house. Gayatri apologizes to him and assures him that they won’t interfere in his relationship with Jia. Though tired, Karthik walks away.
Jia warns the family that if they try to stop the wedding, Karthik’s life will be in danger. Worried, Gayatri agrees to her condition.
Later, Jia comes across a poisoned glass and realizes that Radha must have switched the poisoned juice with normal juice. She confronts Radha, who admits that she did it to save her. Jia thanks her and happily takes her to her mother.
Just then, Prema enters the house with dhol players. Gayatri welcomes her. She pleads with Karthik to reconsider his decision. He tells her to talk to Jia. Jia then tells Karthik that she has forgiven his family. Everyone dances happily.
During the mehendi ceremony, Jia asks Radha to apply mehendi on her hand and write Karthik’s name in the design. However, Lakshmi, lost in her memories with Karthik, draws circles on Jia’s hand instead. Jia notices and scolds Radha. Karthik’s family feels happy seeing it. Karthik asks Jia to forgive Radha, but Jia refuses and asks Radha to leave. Prema then writes Karthik’s name on Jia’s hand. Meanwhile, Karthik makes Radha smile, but she secretly decides to stop the wedding.
Later, Prema asks Karthik and Jia to dance to a romantic Bollywood song. They start dancing, but Lakshmi secretly switches the DJ’s playlist and plays a song that has significance for her and Karthik. Karthik suddenly stops dancing and clutches his head in pain as memories begin flashing back. Jia, noticing his distress, orders the DJ to stop the music. When she gets no response, she rushes to stop it herself. As soon as she does, Karthik gets flashes of his past.
Concerned, Jia asks Karthik to take his medicine and rest, but he insists that he is fine and leaves. Frustrated, Jia slaps the DJ.
Meanwhile, Umesh calls Lakshmi and informs her that their plan has failed. Later, Jia enters Radha’s room and asks whom she was talking to. Radha claims it was a spam call, but Jia doesn’t believe her. She snatches Radha’s phone and dials the last number. Radha says lizard and makes Jia drops her phone in water. Radha cries seeing her phone. She asks why she doubts her always. Jia apologises to her and says she will not doubt her. She asks Radha to rest and as tomorrow is wedding. Radha thinks she will not let the marriage happen.
