The episode starts with Bhabhiji asking the contestants to explain the difference between a boss and a leader. Bhabhiji says a boss is someone who likes authority, but a leader is someone who carries everyone toward the goal. She adds that the next round is about teamwork, and the contestants must give their best output. She explains that great businesses are built only through teamwork. The anchor then asks the contestants to open their chits and join their respective team leaders. The contestants divide into groups. Bhabhiji announces that this is also an elimination round, and each three-member team must prepare a three-course meal within an hour. Mangal motivates her team, saying they can cook well through teamwork. Rithu is assigned the starter, and Diya says she will prepare the cake.
Kusum calls Adit and tells him to take his medicines and care for his health. Sudesh asks Kusum what happened. Kusum says Adit went to Dehradun and isn’t feeling well. Sudesh reassures her not to worry.
Bhabhiji tells the contestants that the discussion time has ended and asks them to start cooking. Sowmya watches Rithu and smirks. A flashback shows that Sowmya bribed Rithu to spoil Mangal’s cooking. The team leaders — Mangal, Sowmya, and others — guide their teams from outside. Rithu intentionally pours too much chili powder and pretends it was a mistake. She then spills the rice. Bhabhiji tells Mangal her team is a mess and warns that if they don’t finish on time, they will be eliminated. Mangal asks Rithu to bring another packet of rice from the pantry. Rithu brings sugar instead of salt. Mangal corrects her, saying it’s powdered sugar, and asks her to taste it. Rithu tastes it, realises her mistake, and apologises. Mangal asks her to be careful, and Rithu agrees.
Bhabhiji receives a call and steps aside. Ritu pretends to feel dizzy. Mangal notices and catches her. Ritu says she is having cramps and already took medicine, but it isn’t helping. She says she cannot prepare the cake in this condition and apologises. Mangal’s team members say they don’t know how to bake a cake. Mangal decides to make the cake herself and asks Ritu to rest. Ritu agrees.
As Ritu is leaving, Bhabhiji ends her call and questions her. Mangal explains that Ritu is having cramps and she allowed her to leave. Bhabhiji says no one can leave her kitchen without completing their work. Mangal argues respectfully, reminding her that she gave leave to her PA for having a cold. Bhabhiji comments back. Mangal says she will handle the work and again requests permission for Ritu to leave. Bhabhiji taunts Mangal but gives her one last chance. Mangal goes to bake the cake.
Bhabhiji observes Sowmya and Ritu smirking at each other.
Mangal cooks in the kitchen and finishes late. Sowmya taunts her.
