The episode starts with Mangal seeing Sowmya in labour pain at home. Sowmya pleads with Mangal to save her and her baby. Adit asks the doctor why this happened, as the doctor reached on time. The doctor says that internal bleeding happened. Adit feels worried and calls Mangal, but Mangal is busy contacting hospitals for Sowmya. The junior doctor asks Mangal to take Sowmya to another hospital as the main doctor is busy in surgery. Mangal tries to arrange an ambulance, but the driver says they can’t come due to a traffic block. Mangal calls the junior doctor and asks her to come home. The junior doctor says she will send a nurse, but it will take one hour, and since Sowmya is bleeding, the delivery can happen at any time. Mangal asks her to send the nurse as soon as possible.
Kusum calls Mangal. Mangal asks Kusum how Akshat is. Kusum is about to say that Akshat is in critical condition, but she hears Sowmya shouting in pain and asks what happened. Mangal says that Sowmya is in labour pain and needs to be shifted to the hospital, but she is not in a position to be taken due to bleeding. Kusum says that Mangal will have to do the delivery herself. Mangal says that she can’t do it. Mangal hears the calling bell and opens the door, thinking the nurse has arrived, but she sees a small girl dressed as Mata Rani asking for money for jagaran. Mangal looks tensed. The girl says not to fear as Mata Rani is with her and will support her. Mangal goes to get money, but when she returns, the girl is not there. Mangal understands that Mata Rani came in the form of a small girl to guide her.
Mangal calls Kusum and tells her that she will do Sowmya’s delivery and asks her to guide her. Kusum asks Mangal to wear gloves and explains the procedure to perform the delivery at home. Sowmya asks why Mangal is doing her delivery and tells her to take her to the hospital. Mangal says that she tried all the hospitals and Sowmya saw it too. She asks Sowmya to support her and push with all her strength. Sowmya, with all her strength, delivers a baby girl. Mangal informs Kusum that Sowmya has been blessed with a baby girl. Kusum cries while seeing Akshat in critical condition. Mangal gives the baby to Sowmya.
Mangal then hears the calling bell again and opens the door. She sees the nurse and asks her to take care of Sowmya and the baby. Mangal asks Kusum about Akshat. Kusum says that the doctor has said there is no hope for Akshat’s survival. Mangal drops the phone in shock and rushes to the hospital. Kusum prays to Mata Rani to save Akshat for Mangal.
The doctor comes out, tells something to Adit, and leaves. Mangal reaches the hospital and asks Adit if Akshat is fine. Adit hugs Mangal and says that Akshat is fine and the operation was successful. Mangal feels happy, cries with joy, and shares the good news with Kusum. Kusum asks how this is possible when the doctor had earlier said they failed to save Akshat. Adit says that Akshat miraculously survived even after losing his heartbeat. Mangal feels relieved and happy. Adit asks Mangal why she didn’t come earlier. Kusum says that today both children are safe because of Mangal and narrates how Mangal conducted Sowmya’s delivery. Mangal tells Adit that he has been blessed with a baby girl. Adit feels emotional.
