The episode starts with Gayatri saying to Karthik and Lakshmi that they will not go there. Karthik asks Gayatri why is that. Gayatri reminds Karthik that he is a celebrity and says if the media gets wind of it that he is connected to this case then there will be negative publicity about him in the media. Gayatri says Lakshmi should also not go there as she is Karthik’s wife. Karthik doesn’t agree to it at first. Lakshmi goes and closes the door. Gayatri says to Lakshmi that she took the right decision.
Mannan says to the cops that if he knew that Sowmya loves someone else then he wouldn’t have agreed to this marriage. The cops ask Mangal about where are Sowmya’s parents. Mangal says she will call them.
Sowmya is shown to be talking on the phone with her parents. Sowmya blames her parents for Sowmya committing suicide as they forced Sowmya to get married. Sowmya asks her parents not to contact her again and cuts the call.
Mangal calls Shalini but she doesn’t attend the call. The cops question Adit and his family that if Sowmya doesn’t stay with them why did she come to their house and try to commit suicide. Lipika says they don’t know and says Sowmya came to their house, hugged Adit and told him that she doesn’t want to do this marriage. The doctor comes and reveals to the cops that Sowmya has regained consciousness. The cops hearing it go to Sowmya’s statement.
The cops ask Sowmya why did she try to commit suicide. Sowmya says she will give her statement. The lady constable comes to Adit and asks him to come with his family as Sowmya wants to give her statement in front of his family. Adit says he will come. Kusum comes and says to Adit that they will go if Sowmya wants to meet them.
Everyone goes to Sowmya’s ward. Kusum questions Sowmya why she committed suicide. The inspector stops Kusum and questions Sowmya why she commited suicide. Sowmya says she loves someone, her family forced her into this marriage so she commited suicide. The inspector asks Soumya to tell who is her boyfriend. Adit feels scared. Sowmya falls at Kusum’s feet. She requests Kusum to make her boyfriend agree to marry her. Kusum says her parents will do that work. Sowmya says her parents broke ties with her. She asks Kusum to help her. Kusum agrees to talk to Sowmya’s boyfriend. Sowmya thanks her. Kusum asks why her boyfriend is not agreeing to marry her. Sowmya says her boyfriend doesn’t want to marry against his parents wish. Kusum nods ok. The inspector asks Soumya if she wants to file any case. Sowmya refuses. The police leave from there.
Mangal asks Sowmya to apologise to Mannan. Sowmya apologises to Mannan. Mannan sats it’s fine and wishes her all the best. He says he got a good family. Kusum and Mangal tell Mannan that he will get a great life partner who understands him. Mannan thanks them and leaves from there. Kusum asks Sowmya to rest.
The next day, the doctor says to Kusum and Mangal that they can take Sowmya home finishing the discharge formalities. Mangal asks Sowmya to change her dress so they can drop her at home. Sowmya agrees. The inspector comes there and checks on Sowmya. Kusum assures the Inspector that they will take good care of Sowmya taking her to their house. The inspector says it’s good. He asks Soumya to call them if she wants any help. Sowmya agrees. The police leave from there. Sowmya goes to change her dress. Mangal says to Kusum that she feels it’s not good to take Sowmya to their house. Kusum says it’s for a sometime, I will talk to Sowmya’s parents and will solve the issue. Soumya from inside overhears everything and thinks no-one will make her leave from Adit’s house.
