The episode starts with Adit asking Mangal not to take any decisions emotionally. Mangal says that he did whatever he want. She will do whatever she can. Later, Mangal regrets for left Kusum alone. She blames herself for Kusum’s state. She is determined not to leave her again. The mental asylum centre caught fire. Kusum shouts to help her. The staffs trying to rescue the patients. They fails to notice Kusum is locked inside the cell. Mangal searched for Kusum. The warden tries to stop her. Mangal explains to him that Kusum didn’t come out yet. She wants to save because this place is new to her. He tells her that no one is inside. Meanwhile, Sowmya instigating Adit against Mangal. She asks him why didn’t he said anything to Mangal? She was insulting him in front of others. Doesn’t he has the rights to take the decision for his mother. What’s the need to take her permission. Adit asks her to stop it. He got enough already. Sowmya asks him to let’s go back to home and take a rest. She reassures him that he took the right decision for his mom. She won’t stay there life long. We can bring her back home once she gets well.
Meanwhile, Mangal finds out Kusum and takes her out safely. She scolds the doctor for being careless. The doctor apologized to her and explained his situation with her. Mangal says to him chear that she can’t take risk with the safety of Kusum. She is taking her back to home. She doesn’t want to keep her here. The doctor says that she can’t stop the treatment in the middle. He will make sure about her safety. Mangal says that she won’t leave her mom here. She takes Kusum from there. Later, Adit worried about his mom. Sowmya says that Mangal shouldn’t do anything stupid. Mangal brings Kusum there. Sowmya scolds her for brought her back to home. Mangal didn’t give heed to her and takes Kusum inside the room. Sowmya gets frustrated with her act. She instigates Adit against Mangal. She demands him to talk with Mangal. How could she play with family members safety. Doesn’t he has the rights to think about his mom’s good. She doesn’t want to cure his mom. She tried a lot to admit Kusum at that hospital. She has mental problems so Mangal can’t cure her with her medicine. She provokes him against Mangal. He loses his cool. Mangal takes care of Kusum. Adit lashes out at Mangal for brought his mom back.
Adit says that she is acting like only she cares for Kusum. She is his mom. He wants to cure her. Sowmya tried a lot to admit her there. Mangal says that she never said that he don’t care about her. Sowmya asks her whom will take the responsibility of Kusum. She is dangerous to the family members. Mangal says that she will take her responsibility. She don’t need to worry about her. Sowmya gets frustrated and instigates Adit to talk against her. She calls the doctor to talk with Adit. Adit scolds him for sent his kom with Mangal. The doctor reveals the truth to him. Adit thanked Mangal and apologize to her for being rude to her. Sowmya asks him why he is thanking her instead of scolding. He says that she risked her life to save mom from the fire. If she wouldn’t have saved her at the right time then he can’t imagine the situation there. Sowmya says that we can’t keep her here. It’s not safety to anyone. Mangal says that she will be with Kusum 24 hours. No one is allowed to meet her or give food to her. She will take care of her thoroughly. She asks them to stay away from Kusum. Adit agrees to her which makes Sowmya upset. She thinks that she managed to sent her to the hospital but Mangal ruined her plan. She doesn’t know how to give the medicine to her in front of Mangal. Mangal thinks that she knew well Sowmya is behind this all.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi informs Karthik about Jia’s act. He gets anger when he came to know that Jia threatened Lakshmi to divorce him and tried to kill her. He hurts his hand. Lakshmi says that Jia is roaming out freely. But he is inside the jail and hurting himself without his mistakes. Whenever he is anger she is also hurting. She gets a phone call from the hospital. Karthik asks her what’s the matter. She lies to him and leaves. Lakshmi admits Gayathri at the hospital. She thinks that she was alright then how did she fainted. Ridhi hears it and inquires her if she knew that mom is alright. She was aware where was she these many days. She questions her. Lakshmi admits that she knew it. She narrates everything to Umesh. He is disappointed with her for not revealed the truth to them. She hide it from them. Ridhi blames Lakshmi for her mom’s state. She warns not to leave her if something happens to her. Meanwhile, Jia meets with an accident. Lakshmi is paying the bill. Raghuveer calls her. She informs everything to her. Jia admitted in the same hospital. Lakshmi failed to notice her. Raghveer asks her to shift to another hospital Jia may follows her behind. Lakshmi didn’t give heed to his words and disconnects the call. He checks her location and finds out that Jia is there. Jia gained her consciousness and comes out. Raghveer meets Lakshmi and informs her that Jia is in this hospital. Jia notices Gayatri there and informs her mom that she is alive. Lakshmi fears that Jia may see Gayathri and their plan won’t work out.
