The episode starts with Karthik learning that Gayatri has sent her men to demolish Lakshmi’s house. Karthik asks Lakshmi if this was what she was talking to Gayatri before. Karthik asks Mangal. Mangal says she also didn’t know about all of this. Karthik says he will set everything right. Karthik brings Lakshmi to Gayatri.
Karthik questions Gayatri why does she want to destroy Lakshmi’s house. Gayatri asks Lakshmi what did she tell Karthik. Karthik says he found out about it on his own and says to Gayatri that Lakshmi’s house is really special to her as Lakshmi’s parents built that house and comments on it. Gayatri’s husband comes and asks Karthik what happened. Karthik says Gayatri has tried to demolish Lakshmi’s house and in return Gayatri is gifting a new house. Gayatri says she is only trying to help them and comments on it.
Shanti lashes out at her home. Mangal comes to Shanti and asks Shanti to stop it. Shanti comments on Mangal and says she doesn’t want to live in this house. Mangal comments on Shanti and says to Shanti that Karthik will not allow this house to be sold and says to Shanti that she has to stay in this house and there is no other choice.
Karthik says to Gayatri that due to her actions Lakshmi’s self respect is hurt. Gayatri says to Karthik that this is the first time her son put him on trial and questioned her like this. Sanjana comments on Lakshmi
as after her coming here there is a rift in between mother and son. Karthik asks Sanjana to stop blaming Lakshmi and comments on it.
Shanti says to Mangal that if Karthik goes against Gayatri and argues with her then Lakshmi will face trouble and comments on it.
Adit is shown to be talking on the phone with Sowmya Mangal asks Adit if he knows who is going to be the Judge tomorrow. Adit says yes. Mangal after the call still asks Adit the same question. Adit says yes and comments on it.
Karthik comes to his room. Lakshmi says to Karthik that he shouldn’t have talked like that with Gayatri and says to Karthik that he needs to apologise. Karthik agrees.
Karthik comes to Gayatri and apologises to Gayatri for his actions. Gayatri forgives Karthik. Gayatri later learns Karthik apologised to her at Lakshmi’s request.
The next day, Adit talks to his colleagues. Adit asks his colleagues who is the cooking judge. His colleagues say it is a surprise for him. Sowmya comes in blue dress just like Adit.
Mangal gets ready to go to Adit’s office. Sowmya says to Adit it will be great when he wins best employee award and she wins this cooking show.
