The episode begins with Mangal asking Adit to accompany her so they can take Monisha to the hospital. Adit objects, saying a police case might be filed if they take her to the hospital. He suggests taking her home instead and calling Dr. Gupta. Mangal expresses her concern, saying it’s not right to bring a stranger home. However, Adit remains firm in his decision, thinking to himself, “God has sent me a big clue. I won’t let her go until I find out the full truth.”
Meanwhile, Pratima questions Kapil about skipping both dinner and breakfast. He tells her he wants to be alone. When she asks if he met Monisha, Kapil reveals that Monisha forced him to meet her. He says he told her never to contact him again and feels it’s best to tell Mangal the truth. Pratima advises him to forget Monisha, saying he already gave her an ultimatum. She informs him that Shanti has gone to fix the wedding date and leaves for work.
At Adit’s house, Monisha wants to leave, but Adit insists she stay until she fully recovers. Kusum informs Mangal that Shanti has asked for her kundali again, as she wants to finalize her wedding date with Kapil. Hearing Kapil’s name, Monisha drops a vase in shock. She apologizes and offers to clean it, but Mangal tells her not to worry and takes her to her room to rest.
Later, Monisha repeatedly calls Kapil to confront him about the wedding. Meanwhile, Adit enters her room to give her medicine but finds her in the washroom. While placing the tablets, he accidentally drops her handbag and finds a clue. Delighted, he rushes out and asks Kusum to invite Kapil for lunch. Mangal and Kusum are puzzled and hesitant, but Adit insists. Mangal calls Kapil. When Kapil picks up, he mistakes her for a spam caller and apologizes. Mangal tells him Kusum has invited him for lunch. Kapil initially declines, citing exhaustion, but Adit takes the phone and personally requests him to come for Mangal’s sake. Kapil agrees. Adit smirks, thinking, “I won’t stop until Kapil’s truth is exposed.”
As Monisha prepares to leave, Adit convinces her to stay, mentioning that a special guest is coming. Monisha agrees.
Adit makes lunch arrangements while Kusum remains confused by his behavior. Kapil arrives, and the family welcomes him. Adit asks Akshat to bring Monisha out. Mangal questions the need, but Adit says she’s also a guest and should join them. Adit leads Kapil to the dining table, saying he’ll love Mangal’s cooking. While eating, Kapil suddenly coughs. As Mangal goes to bring him water, Monisha steps in and hands it to him. Kapil is shocked to see her and drops the glass. Adit smirks, thinking, “My doubts are confirmed. Kapil has been secretly meeting this girl.”
Monisha requests Mangal to introduce her to Kapil. Mangal obliges. Adit narrates how they found Monisha and then directly questions Kapil about why he seems nervous. He further stuns Monisha by revealing that Kapil and Mangal are about to get married. Monisha is left shocked.
