The episode begins with Mangal informing Adit that Sowmya is not pregnant and that she was the one who locked her in the hospital. Adit accuses Mangal of lying. Kusum tries to convince Adit to trust Mangal, but he refuses, saying that Mangal is lying because Sowmya is no longer pregnant and they have lost their baby. He blames Mangal, claiming her evil eye caused their baby’s death. Mangal insists that Sowmya was never pregnant and is manipulating him, but Adit refuses to believe her.
The doctor arrives and informs Adit that Sowmya is in shock due to the miscarriage and needs care. After the doctor leaves, Mangal claims that Sowmya is acting. Adit angrily retorts that he is not a fool to believe her lies and reminds her that Sowmya’s miscarriage happened before his eyes. He warns Mangal to stay away from them and walks away. Meanwhile, Sowmya watches everything unfold with a sly smile.
Sowmya then pretends to be sorrowful and lies on the bed. Mangal observes her, trying to figure out the truth. Sowmya reminisces about how she staged the miscarriage drama and fooled Adit. She feels confident that Adit will never trust Mangal and smirks.
At the dining table, Mangal reflects on how Sowmya has convinced Adit with her fabricated stories. Akshat comments on Mangal’s distracted behavior, pointing out she served the food incorrectly. Mangal brushes it off and goes to get more food. Meanwhile, Sowmya discards her fake pregnancy items in the trash, relieved to be free from the pretense.
Later, Mangal meets Vikram at work and learns that he is an old employee. She assures him that she will ask the boss to reinstate him fully. Vikram thanks her and praises her. Observing this, Sowmya plans to create problems for Mangal at work too.
Sowmya then fakes fainting in front of Adit, who takes her to his cabin, concerned. She suggests they take a break for their mental peace, but Adit explains he can’t take leave at the moment. Just then, an employee informs them that Mehta sir has called everyone to the conference room.
In the conference room, Mehta congratulates the team on the company’s excellent performance in 2024. He announces a reward: two employees will be selected for a trip to Sri Lanka. Sowmya excitedly tells Adit they might be chosen. However, Mehta announces that Adit and Mangal are the lucky winners. While Adit and Sowmya are shocked, everyone congratulates them. Mangal hesitates, saying she has only recently joined. Mehta explains that the company secured a profitable deal because of her contributions and praises her efforts.
At home, Mangal sees her family are packing her luggage as Nia informed them about her trip. Mangal refuses to leave for the trip. Kusum encourages Mangal to seize the opportunity and assures her she will manage everything at home. Akshat and Ishana suggest Mangal stay connected through video calls and photos. Kusum expresses hope that this trip will help Adit and Mangal grow closer.
Meanwhile, Jia and her mother discover that Raghuveer and Lakshmi have escaped. Furious, Jia finds a saree near the window and realizes they were deceived. Raghuveer and Lakshmi, now in a jeep, prepare to leave. Lakshmi notices Raghuveer’s wallet and hands it to him. Gayatri joins them, explaining she came to help by locking Jia in her room. Raghuveer scolds her, stating they don’t need her involvement. Lakshmi assures Gayatri they have found a lead to prove Karthik’s innocence.
Back at Jia’s house, she worries about what evidence Raghuveer and Lakshmi might have taken.
Lakshmi visits Karthik in jail and promises to prove his innocence in court. During the hearing, Jia’s lawyer attempts to discredit Karthik by interrogating Lakshmi about their relationship. Karthik loses his temper, but Raghuveer intervenes, presenting evidence to support Karthik’s case. He requests to question Jia. Despite provocation from Jia’s lawyer, Raghuveer maintains his composure and questions Jia about her role in the media exposure at Lipika’s wedding. Jia admits to calling the media.
