The episode starts with Adit saying to Kusum that he brought back Sowmya home. Kusum asks Adit why did he bring Sowmya home. Adit says to Kusum that Sowmya is not feeling well and she can’t stay in hotel in her condition so he brought her home. Kusum asks Adit how can he forget what he did with her. Adit says to Kusum that he and Sowmya just had a quarrel and says it has been sorted out. Sowmya leaves from there. Adit goes after her.
Kusum comments on Sowmya to Mangal. Mangal thinks if Kusum knows the real truth she doesn’t know how Kusum will handle it.
Sowmya asks Adit why didn’t he tell the truth to Kusum and says this is pregnancy and they can’t hide this. Adit says to Sowmya that even he hasn’t come out of the shock yet and asks Sowmya to allow him to first digest this news. Sowmya comments on it.
Mangal asks Kusum if she needs some coffee. Kusum is shown to be stressed about Sowmya coming back to their home. Mangal gets a call from her customer and he complaints to Mangal as there is so much salt in the food that he is not able to eat it. Mangal apologises to the customer and says she will make sure this mistake is not repeated again. Kusum asks Mangal what happened as she is looking stressed from yesterday. Mangal says there is nothing and leaves from there.
Kusum hears the door bell ringing and she attends the call. The delivery boy gives Sowmya medical reports to Kusum. Kusum tries to see Sowmya’s medical reports but Adit takes the reports from Kusum’s hands. Kusum asks Adit what is he doing. Adit says to Kusum that she will not be able to understand these reports. Kusum reminds Adit that she has seen a lot of reports in the past even when Mangal is pregnant and says she also wants to see what happened to Sowmya. Kusum asks Adit to give her the reports. Akshat comes to Adit and reminds Adit that today in his school there is prize distribution for the sports day festival and he got first prize in 100m race. Adit says he knows about it and says he will definitely come there.
Karthik looks at the invitation of Jia’s birthday and throws it aside. Gayatri comes to Karthik and asks Karthik what is this. Karthik says Jia has invited him to her birthday and says he is not going to go there. Gayatri asks Karthik not to do that. Gayatri says to Karthik that right now there are a lot of rumours going on about him and Jia. Gayatri asks Karthik to go to the party and act like everything is normal. Karthik says he will take Lakshmi with him to the party. Gayatri advises Karthik against it saying Lakshmi is already upset as she found photos of him and Jia yesterday. Karthik agrees to go alone. Karthik leaves from there. Gayatri calls Jia and says to Jia that she has done her part and asks Jia not to destroy Karthik’s image.
Kusum is shown to be doing Pooja. Kusum notices there is dust on fan wings. Kusum asks Sowmya to clean the fan wings. Sowmya says she can’t do it. Kusum still forces Sowmya to do it. Sowmya gets on the ladder to clean the fan wings. Sowmya feels dizzy and falls off the ladder. Adit catches Sowmya and asks Sowmya why is she doing all of this as she is feeling weak. Sowmya says Kusum asked her to do it. Adit says to Kusum that Sowmya will not do housework from today onwards as she is weak. Kusum argues with Adit about it. Adit says he will hire a maid to do the work. Kusum comments on Adit as they never needed a maid in all these years but now he is thinking about maid for Sowmya. Mangal asks Kusum to leave it and says he will do this work. Kusum asks Mangal why is she supporting Sowmya. Mangal says there is nothing and comments on it.
Adit and Mangal are shown to be going to Akshat’s school. Mangal says to Adit that she could have gone alone. Adit says if she goes alone then the parents will gossip about them. Adit says they have to do this as a show. Mangal comments on Adit as he is hiding the truth from Kusum and putting up a show. Adit comments on Mangal as she is enjoying seeing him suffer. Mangal gets upset with Adit and asks Adit to stop the car. Adit stops the car and calls Mangal a selfish person as she doesn’t think about Akshat. Mangal throws the water bottle on the ground in anger and it breaks.
