The episode starts with Neel entering the Saxena house. He says, “I am the elder son and heir of this house.” Sowmya thinks, I hope he doesn’t reveal that I went to meet him in Mussoorie. Kusum asks who Neel is and why he’s misbehaving. She asks the Adit to throw him out.
Mangal asks Neel why he is here. Neel takes Mangal’s blessings and then says he needs to take his grandparents’ blessings. He touches Kusum and Sudesh’s feet, leaving them shocked. Kusum asks Adit and Mangal who Neel is, but both stay silent.
Neel says to Kusum, “You don’t even know about your grandson. I’m your grandson.” Sudesh says, “What nonsense!” Neel replies, “The story has just begun, and you all will soon know everything.” Adit asks Mangal if she told Neel the truth. Mangal says no and that she doesn’t know who revealed it. Neel says, “My family looks rich.” Sudesh asks Adit if Neel’s words are true. Neel confirms and tries to hurt himself, but Mangal stops him. Kusum scolds Neel, saying, “Didn’t your mother teach you manners? Leave this house!” Neel asks Mangal, “Why weren’t you there to take care of me?” He hugs her, saying, “The truth can’t stay hidden for long.”
Ishana and Akshat arrive at the Saxena house to surprise their grandparents. Mangal asks Neel who told him the truth. Sowmya worries, I hope he doesn’t expose me. Neel taunts Mangal and says, “I came here to stay with my father. The hospital made a mistake, and when I found out, I came here to claim my rights.” Kusum questions Adit about Neel’s claims.
Mangal notices Akshat and Ishana arriving. She quickly takes Neel inside, saying, “Ishana doesn’t know the truth. This isn’t the right time.” Kusum asks Adit to tell them the truth. Adit says, “I’ll explain everything in the room.”
Neel argues with Mangal, saying, “You learned the truth, yet you left me in Mussoorie and came to Delhi.” She explains that she came for urgent work, but he doesn’t listen. Sowmya greets Ishana and Akshat, shocking them as they see her pregnant and living in Adit’s house. They ask, “Why are you back here?” and express their dislike. Ishana thinks, Mom will be upset seeing Sowmya pregnant again. She searches for Mangal. Sowmya tells her that Mangal is on the terrace.
Mangal tells Neel, “I planned to tell the truth once I returned to Mussoorie. You’re misunderstanding me.” Neel replies, “I don’t want to ask for my rights—I’ll snatch them.” Mangal warns, “We need to handle this truth carefully, or many lives will be affected.” Neel says he doesn’t care.
Adit tells his parents about the baby swap that happened 16 years ago in a Mussoorie hospital and reveals that Neel is his biological son, while Ishana is not.
Neel tells Mangal, “The truth can’t be hidden anymore.” Ishana arrives and asks Neel, “Why are you troubling my mom?” Neel replies, “You’ve snatched my rights all these years. Say goodbye to your mom and leave.” Ishana says, “This is my house!” Neel says, “No, it’s not.” Ishana asks Mangal to throw Neel out. Mangal pleads with Neel to leave. Neel pushes her away. Ishana says, “I can’t tolerate your misbehavior—leave my house, or I’ll call the police!” She grabs his collar to drag him out, but Neel refuses and pushes her instead. Family’ members get shocked to witness it.
