The episode starts with Adit complaining to Kusum that Mangal stole his 3lakhs to do Lakshmi’s marriage. Mangal gets shocked. Gayatri asks Karthik to give the interview to the Media. Karthik agrees. Gayatri goes aside.
Sanjana says to Karthik that she will give the letter to Lakshmi and take the letter from him. Gayatri comes there and questions about the letter. Sanjana manages the situation with her lie.
Kusum says to Adit that Mangal can never steal money. Adit asks how money is gone. Kusum says Adit can’t be irresponsible so Mangal might have placed it somewhere in a hurry. She asks her to search for it. Mangal says she didn’t even see Adit’s bag. Adit scolds her. Kusum asks Mangal to search for Adit’s money. Mangal in tears searches in the cupboard. They hear the calling bell sound.
Sanjana gives Karthik’s letter to Lakshmi and tells her that Karthik will be waiting for her reply. Sanjana leaves from there. Shanti and Lipika feel jealous. Lipika takes the letter from Lakshmi.
The electronic shop owner comes to Adit’s house and gives Adit’s bag to Kusum’s husband and tells him that Adit forgot the bag at their shop. Kusum’s husband gives the bag to Adit and scolds Adit. Kusum takes Adit’s side. Mangal asks Adit why she steal money from her house. She says she can never do it.
Bhushan stops Lipika from reading Karthik’s letter. He gives the letter to Lakshmi and asks her to read it in her room. Karthik asks Sanjana about the letter. Sanjana says to Karthik that she wrote a few more things in the letter. Sanjana says she also made a great offer for Lakshmi. Karthik asks Sanjana what did she do. Sanjana says Lakshmi will definitely break off this wedding and says his wedding with Jia will happen.
Sanjana tells Karthik that Lakshmi will accept the deal and she will give money to Lakshmi. Karthik shouts at her and says Lakshmi is not that kind of person. Media people hear their argument from afar.
Lakshmi says to Mangal about Karthik’s letter to her over video call. Mangal teases her. She asks Lakshmi to read the letter privately. Sanjana says to Karthik that money is everything. Karthik scolds her for spoiling everything. He asks if she think what happens if Mangal and Kusum learn about the deal. Sanjana says he is understimating Lakshmi. Karthik says he knows about Lakshmi and says he needs to clear everything by meeting Lakshmi. Lakshmi reads the letter and gets shocked.
