The episode starts with Kusum and Sudesh returning to their house and seeing a “House for Sale” board outside. Kusum gets furious. She goes inside and confronts Sowmya, asking how she dared to sell Adit’s house, which belongs to Adit’s parents and his children. Sowmya says the house is in her name and the keys are with her, adding that Kusum can take the keys if she wants. Kusum tries to snatch the keys from her.
At that moment, the Mahila Mukti Mandal ladies arrive. Sowmya falsely accuses Kusum of domestic violence and shows marks that she created herself. Kusum and Sudesh try to explain that Sowmya is lying, but the women do not believe them and reveal that they have already called the police.
Sudesh steps aside to call Mangal and inform her about everything. Sowmya further accuses Kusum, claiming that they sent goons to kill her and tried to burn her alive. Kusum loses her temper and insists on her innocence, asking everyone to stop trusting Sowmya. The women hold Kusum back and push her. Just then, Mangal arrives in time and supports Kusum. Mangal questions the Mahila Mandal members for disrespecting Kusum’s age. They respond by calling Kusum short-tempered. Sowmya claims Kusum has always tortured her.
The police arrive, and Sowmya along with the Mahila Mandal members file a complaint against Kusum and Sudesh for domestic violence, leading to their arrest. Mangal fails to stop it but warns Sowmya that she will regret her actions.
At the police station, Adit pleads with the inspector, stating that his parents are innocent and falsely accused. The inspector questions whether they behaved the same way with Adit’s first wife. Mangal reveals that she is the first wife and testifies that her in-laws always treated her like a daughter during the 15 years she lived with them. She explains that Sowmya framed them and requests a background check. Mangal asks permission to speak to a lawyer, and the inspector agrees.
Kusum feels dizzy and nearly collapses. Mangal supports her and gives her water.
Adit begs the inspector to release his parents, but the inspector says bail is mandatory. Since it is Friday, he advises Adit to speak to Sowmya, or else his parents will have to remain in custody until Monday. Kusum breaks down, fearing Sowmya will not agree. Mangal reassures her that she will handle the legal matter.
Adit confronts Sowmya at her house over her mistreatment of his parents. Sowmya shows him the cradle she prepared, which Adit angrily hits. He questions her cruelty and demands she withdraw the complaint against his mother. Sowmya denies calling the police and claims the Mahila Mandal acted on their own. She admits she wants Adit back and even made the nurse disappear. Adit firmly declares he will never return to her. Sowmya coldly warns that his parents will rot in jail. Adit is furious.
Mangal contacts the lawyer, but he says it is difficult to reach in time. Meanwhile, Sowmya hugs Adit and asks him to come back to her.
Suddenly, the inspector orders the release of Kusum and Sudesh. Mangal questions the sudden change, and the inspector reveals that Sowmya has withdrawn the complaint. Kusum believes Adit taught Sowmya a lesson.
Back home, Mangal informs them that she has rented a house and reassures them that everything happens for a reason. She asks them to eat an apple. At that moment, they see Adit coming out with a bag. Kusum proudly tells Adit that she is proud of him and asks if they can return to their house. Adit shocks them by saying that only he is leaving, not them.
