The episode starts with Lakshmi seeing the divorce papers and realizing that Adit wants to divorce Mangal. Lakshmi decides to tell Mangal about it.
Lakshmi calls Mangal and tries to tell her over the phone about Adit wanting to divorce her, but she is unable to do it. Lakshmi decides to tell Mangal directly.
Mangal goes to meet Lakshmi after receiving her call. Mangal sees jasmine flowers and decides to take some for Lakshmi. Lakshmi also sees a lady selling jasmine flowers and buys some for Mangal.
Lakshmi and Mangal see each other on the road. Lakshmi tries to go to Mangal, but while crossing the road, she gets into an accident. Mangal drops the sweets and flowers and rushes to Lakshmi.
Lakshmi tries to speak to Mangal but is unable to, and she loses consciousness. Mangal worries for Lakshmi. She tears her saree and ties it around Lakshmi’s head to stop the bleeding. Mangal asks the crowd around to help her. A guy comes and films a video of Lakshmi being injured on the road and asks Mangal how she feels. Mangal asks the guy if he has no humanity for making a video in this situation instead of helping them. Mangal tells someone to call for an ambulance.
Adit and Kusum are shown going to Gayatri’s house. Gayatri calls Kusum and says that Lakshmi has gotten into an accident. Kusum asks Gayatri what she is saying. Gayatri tells Kusum to watch it on Adit’s phone. Kusum asks Adit to open the news channel on his phone. Adit and Kusum are shocked to see Lakshmi injured and Mangal beside her. Adit calls Mangal but gets a message that Mangal’s phone is switched off.
A person from the crowd tells Mangal that the ambulance will take a long time to arrive. Hearing this, Mangal stands in the middle of the road to stop a truck. She later pleads with the truck driver to take Lakshmi to the hospital. The truck driver agrees. Mangal and the crowd place Lakshmi in the truck and take her to the hospital.
Karthik is shown talking to his fans. Karthik’s manager comes to him, takes him aside, and shows him the news of Lakshmi getting injured. Karthik leaves for Lakshmi right away.
Mangal admits Lakshmi to the hospital. The nurse tells the doctor that this is an accident and they must inform the police about it, as it is protocol. Mangal says Lakshmi’s condition is very serious and asks the doctor to treat Lakshmi first. The doctor assures her that they will inform the police later and will treat Lakshmi first, as she is in critical condition. The doctor takes Lakshmi into the operating theater.
Adit and others arrive to see Mangal. Mangal hugs Adit and explains how the accident happened. She says she is responsible for Lakshmi’s condition, stating that Lakshmi was crossing the road to get to her. Mangal then loses consciousness. Kusum calls for a doctor.
Gayatri updates Karthik about Lakshmi, saying she is undergoing surgery and asks him to concentrate on his work. Karthik replies that Lakshmi is in critical condition and that he just wants to see her right now. Gayatri reassures him that nothing will happen to Lakshmi. Mangal is shown receiving treatment.
