The episode starts with Kapil and Mangal finishing pooja and leaves. Monisha sees them in anger and decides to plan something new to seperate them. Akshat bonds well with Kapil. Shanti tells Mangal that you did right by agreeing to marry Kapil. Mangal asks Pratima if Pooja completed. Pratima says yes. Mangal says then I’m leaving for office as we scheduled interviews for sales head. Pratima agrees.
At office, Sunitha informs Mangal that the candidates for the interview have arrived. Mangal asks her to send them in one by one and begins interviewing. Monisha enters as a candidate. Surprised, Mangal asks why she is there. Monisha replies that it’s just a coincidence and apologizes if her presence makes Mangal uncomfortable. Mangal says she is not uncomfortable but warns that it would be wrong if Monisha came intentionally. She tells Monisha she has twenty minutes and starts the interview.
Sunitha and another employee arrive to tell Mangal that their work there is done and they are rushing to the factory. During the interview, Monisha says her former lover abused her and she wants to move on from her painful past. Sunitha and the other lady get emotional and request Mangal to hire Monisha. Monisha insists she should be appointed on merit. Mangal sends Sunitha and the other worker to the factory. Monisha then tries to persuade Mangal to hire her through emotional talk.
Kapil thinks of speaking to Mangal about his past once the interview session is over. Mangal feels Monisha is suitable for the job but wonders why she senses something is off about her. She tells Monisha she is hiring her. Monisha thanks her, but when Mangal leaves, Monisha smirks.
Kapil enters Mangal’s cabin and is shocked to see Monisha there. He questions why she came and warns her to stay away from him, saying he will never give her another chance in his life. Monisha says she is there only for work and asks him to understand. Kapil tells her to find a job elsewhere and shouts at her. Mangal arrives and, noticing Kapil, says, “You’re here?” She explains that she came to inform him she has chosen Monisha as the Sales Head. Kapil is stunned. Monisha extends her hand to greet him, but Kapil asks Mangal for a private conversation. Mangal asks Monisha to leave.
Meanwhile, Adit wonders what Monisha did to Kapil since Kapil is clearly uncomfortable around her. He decides he needs proof of their past, knowing Mangal won’t believe him otherwise. Akshat arrives, showing Adit Mangal and Kapil’s wedding card, excited to distribute it. Adit stops him, sends him inside, and then burns the card. He vows to expose Kapil’s true face before the wedding date so that Mangal will back out of the marriage.
Kapil tells Mangal they can hire a Sales Head after three months. Mangal insists they need one now and that Monisha also needs help to stand on her feet, so they should give her the job. She asks Kapil directly if he has any other problem with it. Kapil is about to reveal the truth, but his mother calls. Remembering her words that Mangal would not believe him even if she knew the past, Kapil agrees with Mangal’s decision and leaves.
Monisha thinks to herself, You can’t leave me, Kapil Ji. I will break your marriage with Mangal, and I will not let you marry anyone else.
