The episode starts with Sudesh telling Kusum that he has taken a doctor’s appointment for tomorrow. Kusum says they need to go by cab tomorrow and asks her not to disturb Adit since he recently joined his job. Adit comes home and says he will take them to the hospital. Kusum proudly says her son has become a boss now, so he can come whenever he wants.
Sowmya arrives and asks Adit to tell the truth — that he has lost his job. Kusum is shocked and asks how it happened. She worries that Mangal is taking care of the kids, but how will they handle Sowmya’s godbharai and other responsibilities now? Sudesh also questions Adit, saying he was so happy with his big job, so how did this happen?
Sowmya insults Adit, saying his job was not big and that he was only a PA to Bhabhiji. She asks how she can tell her child that his father is just a PA. Adit, angered, breaks a glass. He rebukes her, saying a PA job is also a job, and she should stop insulting him. He says he took up the job to support his family, but she made him leave it — isn’t that enough? He walks away, saying now she should be happy because she is not the wife of Bhabhiji’s PA anymore, but the wife of a loser.
Mangal comes home and sees the tension. She asks Kusum to support Adit during this tough time.
Later, Mangal receives a call and learns that her father’s health has improved. She asks Shanti to take care of him, and Kusum overhears her.
Sowmya reads a message stating that they must be present at the competition within half an hour with their partner. She wonders how this happened. She sees Adit entering and starts pretending to cry. Adit notices her tears and asks what happened. Sowmya says she behaved wrongly due to hormonal imbalance. Adit says to forget it and that he has forgiven her. Sowmya then requests him to come to the competition as her companion, or else she will be eliminated. Adit refuses at first but eventually agrees. Sowmya smirks and sends him to get ready.
Bhabhiji greets the contestants. The organisers inform Mangal that she will be disqualified if no one comes with her. Kusum steps forward and says she has come with her. Mangal happily asks if she really came, and Kusum explains that since Shanti is busy with her father, she decided to accompany her. Mangal tells Kusum she will introduce her to Bhabhiji.
Bhabhiji asks Adit why he has come. Sowmya replies that he is here as her husband. The contestants mock Adit. Bhabhiji announces that a celebrity guest will judge the final round with her partner and asks the contestants to guess. Everyone looks on. Farah Khan and Dileep arrive and dance with the contestants. Bhabhiji welcomes them warmly.
Farah tells the contestants that one pair will be eliminated in this round and the top five will go to the finale. Contestants must prepare their favourite dishes, and their companions must enjoy the dish. The contestants say it sounds easy. Bhabhiji warns that nothing is easy with Farah ma’am. Farah reveals the twist — it is a dance cook-off. She explains that participants must cook while dancing, and if they stop dancing or stop cooking, they will be out.
