The episode starts with Mangal collecting diesel from the cars in the parking lot with the help of others. Kusum tells unconscious Sudesh that Mangal would do something to save him. Current comes back. Everyone in the hospital appreciates Mangal’s bravery and thanks her for saving many patients. Mangal says she did it for her father in law’s surgery. A patient family members tell Mangal that her father in law will be fine. Mangal comes to Kusum. Kusum thanks Mangal. She says Adit has to be here but he forgot his responsibility and he has to answer us. Someone places their hand on Mangal’s shoulder. Mangal thinks it’s Adit but she sees Karthik and gets surprised.
Soumya tells Adit that their date is thrilling. They discuss that Mangal might be sleeping at home. Karthik asks Mangal why she didn’t call him for help. Mangal tells him that she didn’t disturb him knowing he is out of town for work. Kusum tells Karthik how Mangal saved patients in the hospital. Kusum says Adit has to be here but he failed, Karthik left his work and rushed here to help us.
The next day, the Doctor checks Sudesh and tells his family that Sudesh’s operation is successful. Mangal and Kusum feel happy. The doctor asks them to give tablets to Sudesh after feeding him tiffin. Karthik says he will bring the medicine and go from there with the doctor. Sudesh apologizes to Kusum and Mangal for troubling them. Mangal asks him to not talk in that way. Kusum praises Mangal and tells Sudesh about Mangal’s efforts to save him. Sudesh blesses her. The nurse brings tiffin to Sudesh and asks family members to feed Sudesh. Sudesh asks Mangal about Adit. Mangal manages the situation and feeds him tiffin.
Adit wakes up and asks Soumya why she didn’t wake him up. Soumya tells him she is enjoying his sleeping look. She tells him that she prepared coffee and tiffin for him. Adit drinks coffee even though he doesn’t like it. Adit tells Soumya that their misunderstandings cleared so he is happy. Soumya advises him to take a leave and spend the whole day with him. Adit tells Soumya that he needs to give cash to Subbu so I will give him cash and come back. Soumya agrees.
Lakshmi video calls Mangal. She asks Mangal to come home to rest. Mangal says it’s not needed. She asks Lakshmi to go home. Lakshmi asks if Adit contacted her. Mangal manages that Adit will come. She cuts the call. She calls Adit but the phone is switched off. She calls Soumya. Soumya picks up the call to tease Mangal. Mangal tells Soumya that Adit’s phone is not connecting and asks Soumya if she knows where Adit is. Soumya lies Adit is not with her and asks her what happened. Mangal tells him about Sudesh’s heart stroke. She asks Soumya to inform Adit about it if she learns about Adit’s whereabouts. Soumya agrees. She doesn’t reveal to Adit about Sudesh’s state. She asks Adit to come home soon finishing his work. Adit agrees and leaves from there.
Adit comes home. He unlocks the door using a spare key. She sees no one at home. He wonders where everyone went. Adit decides to call Kusum from the landline. He sees the landline is ringing. He picks up the call. Soumya scolds Adit for going home. She asks him to come to her. Adit tells her that he is worried for his family as no one is at home and cuts her call. Mangal thanks Hospital staff after getting discharged. The hospital staff appreciates Mangal. Kusum says Adit disappeared when he needed to be here and now he needs to face the consequences. Mangal looks on.
