The episode begins with Mangal feeling relieved to see Lakshmi doing fine. Lakshmi hugs Mangal and reassures her, saying nothing will happen to her. Even if something does, she promises to fight with God and return for Mangal. Mangal tells her not to speak like that and affectionately calls Lakshmi her first child. Suddenly, Mangal wakes up from her dream and realizes that Lakshmi is in critical condition. Adit and Kusum try to stop Mangal from rushing to Lakshmi, but she refuses to listen.
Meanwhile, Soumya calls Adit and insists they meet the lawyer to discuss his divorce with Mangal. Adit, upset, tells her that Lakshmi has met with an accident and accuses Soumya of talking nonsense without understanding the situation. He refuses to meet the lawyer and abruptly ends the call. Soumya feels insulted and believes Adit is prioritizing Lakshmi over her. She begins to think she can no longer trust him.
At the hospital, Mangal anxiously asks the doctor about Lakshmi’s condition. The doctor informs the family that Lakshmi needs AB-negative blood to stabilize her condition before surgery. Gayatri assures them she will arrange for the blood. Mangal asks Doctor if Lakshmi is out of danger, but the doctor explains that her condition remains critical and urges them to arrange the blood quickly before leaving. Mangal breaks down, but the family supports her and agrees to search for a donor among their contacts.
Mangal desperately asks everyone at the hospital if they have AB-negative blood, but no one does. Shanti tries to calm her down. A woman at the hospital advises Mangal that sometimes prayers work better. Mangal, filled with hope, rushes to the temple, lights a Diya in her hand, and prays fervently to the goddess to save Lakshmi.
Back at the hospital, the doctor asks Adit if they have arranged the blood. Adit replies that they are still trying. Kusum tells Adit that Mangal won’t survive if anything happens to Lakshmi and urges him to support her. Adit agrees. Meanwhile, at the temple, a pandit warns Mangal that her hand is burning, but Mangal insists she won’t stop praying until she knows her sister is safe. Just then, the doctor emerges from the operating room with news for Lakshmi’s family.
Adit joins Mangal at the temple, asking her to stop hurting herself, as it won’t help find a donor for Lakshmi. Mangal, however, remains steadfast in her belief that Maata Rani will perform a miracle. Moments later, Kusum calls Adit and informs him that they’ve found a donor and the operation has started.
It is revealed that Karthik is the one donating blood to Lakshmi. Kusum calls Lakshmi and Karthik the perfect couple, but Gayatri feels worried for Karthik. When Karthik arrives, Gayatri asks how he is, and he replies that he is fine. Mangal thanks Karthik for saving Lakshmi, to which Karthik responds that it was his duty. Kusum notices Mangal’s hand injury and asks what happened. Adit explains to them what occurred in the temple. Kusum then asks Adit to bandage Mangal’s hand, and he agrees. Mangal tells everyone to go home, saying that she, Adit, and Karthik will stay at the hospital. They agree and leave.
Later, the doctor informs Mangal, Adit, and Karthik that Lakshmi is out of danger, but she may experience memory loss due to her head injury. Mangal wonders what it is that Lakshmi wanted to tell her even after the accident.
