Mangal Lakshmi 9th October 2024 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode starts with Mangal trying to wake up Lakshmi. Mangal talks to Lakshmi and asks her to wake up, but Lakshmi doesn’t respond. Mangal tells Lakshmi that she won’t speak to her if she doesn’t wake up. Eventually, Lakshmi regains consciousness. She tries to tell Mangal that Adit wants to divorce her, but she is unable to speak properly. Lakshmi points at Adit, but Mangal doesn’t understand what she is trying to say. Lakshmi sees Sowmya standing just outside her room and points at her, but when Karthik, Adit, and Mangal look at the door, they don’t see anyone. Lakshmi attempts to speak to Mangal again, but the doctor sees everyone gathered around Lakshmi and asks them to leave.
Adit notices a message from Sowmya, asking him to meet her, saying she is at the hospital. Adit leaves to meet Sowmya.
Sowmya asks Adit why he couldn’t wait until the evening. Adit expresses concern that if anyone sees them together, it will cause big trouble. He takes Sowmya and hides in a corner when he spots Mangal in the corridor.
Meanwhile, Mangal feels that Lakshmi is trying to tell her something important, even in her current state, and wonders what it could be. She prays to God, asking for help in understanding Lakshmi’s message. Just then, a nurse brings Lakshmi’s purse and hands it to Mangal. The purse falls on the floor, and divorce papers fall out. Mangal picks them up.
Sowmya tells Adit that she has scheduled an appointment with the lawyer for the next day. Adit tells her that this is not the place to talk about such things, but Sowmya insists it’s important. She also tells Adit that she has fixed their wedding date. Mangal sees Adit and Sowmya talking and laughing through a reflection and wonders how Adit can talk to Sowmya like that. Mangal approaches Adit, and Sowmya leaves upon seeing her.
Mangal asks Adit why Sowmya is here. Adit replies that it’s a hospital, and Sowmya came to ask about Lakshmi. Mangal questions how Adit can talk to Sowmya like that, reminding him that Sowmya was the one who wanted to send him to jail. Adit tells Mangal that Sowmya is his colleague, and it would be awkward to stop talking to her. Adit asks Mangal not to overthink the situation and leaves.
Mangal and Karthik learn that Lakshmi can be taken home. The doctor says it will take time for Lakshmi to regain her ability to speak, walk, and perform other bodily functions, but it can be treated faster if she is at home. Mangal feels happy hearing this. Lakshmi sees that Mangal has her purse and points to it. Mangal realizes that Lakshmi wants to tell her something and starts taking things out of the purse, but Adit enters the room. Later, the nurse arrives and says they need to change Lakshmi’s dress. The nurse and Mangal help Lakshmi change.
Karthik feeds Lakshmi soup and asks her to get better soon, saying he can’t stand seeing her like this. Gayatri brings beetroot juice for Karthik, as he had donated blood to Lakshmi. Karthik leaves, and Gayatri tells Lakshmi to get better so that she won’t be a burden to Karthik. When Karthik re-enters the room, Gayatri leaves. Lakshmi thinks that she needs to recover for Mangal and expose Adit.
The next day, Adit helps Akshat get ready for school. Mangal asks Adit why he’s doing this, saying she could have taken care of it. Kusum comments that husbands should help their wives these days. Adit receives a call from Sowmya, who asks him to wear a purple shirt for her that day. Adit agrees.
Lakshmi tries to get out of bed but falls onto the floor. Mangal enters the room and finds Lakshmi on the floor. She helps her back onto the bed.
