The episode starts with the Judge asking Adit if Kapil tried to kill him by pushing him off the terrace. Adit recalls how Kapil insulted and slapped him in the past. The Judge asks Adit to give his testimony in court. Adit tells the Judge that Kapil threatened to kill him and humiliated him in front of his kids and family members. Mangal prays to God to settle everything. Sowmya thinks Kapil should be punished. The lawyer says now everything is clear and Kapil tried to kill Adit. The Judge asks Adit to narrate what happened on the terrace. Kapil tries to speak, but Adit says, “Let me talk, Kapil.”
Adit then says Kapil didn’t push him from the terrace. Mangal and Pratima feel happy, while Sowmya is shocked and Kapil feels relieved. Adit explains that Monisha tried to harm Kapil, and when he intervened to stop her, she pushed him instead. Later, Kapil tried to help him, but he accidentally fell off the cliff.
The Judge takes Adit’s testimony into consideration and declares Monisha guilty, ordering her immediate arrest, and frees Kapil from all charges.
Adit goes to Mangal and holds her shoulder. Pratima happily hugs Kapil. Kapil sees Adit and Mangal. Outside, Singhvi congratulates Kapil. When Mangal arrives, Kapil opens his arms for a hug, but Mangal doesn’t respond. He says, “I’m free because of you.” Mangal replies, “It happened because of Adit,” and gives credit to him. Kapil thanks Adit, saying he is grateful. Adit says, “I just spoke the truth.” Pratima suggests they go to the temple for daan and thanks Adit before leaving with Kapil.
Adit recalls how Mangal took care of him when he was unwell, like a child of eight years. Mangal thanks Adit for saving Kapil. She says his health has deteriorated after therapy and she feels bad for him. Adit admits he was wrong about Kapil and now sees that he is a good person who will keep her happy, and he congratulates her for her marriage. Mangal looks on as Adit hides his pain of losing her and walks away.
Adit goes to his room and finds Sowmya busy on a call. She avoids him. Adit asks if she has seen his multivitamin tablets. Sowmya says she doesn’t know. When he tries to call Mangal, Sowmya snatches the phone and asks why he is calling her. Adit says she lost hope in his recovery, and since Mangal took care of him, he is calling her to ask about his medicine. Sowmya questions how he can speak this way. Adit reminds her how Mangal cared for him during his illness, while she was never around. He says she called him mad and mocked him without any sympathy. Kusum witnesses this and thinks she’s glad Adit has finally realized Mangal’s worth.
Pratima scolds the workers for not arranging the room and bed properly for the relative coming home. She asks them to prepare halwa. Kapil consoles her, telling her not to worry. Pratima says she doesn’t like imperfections, which is why she is upset. Kapil says her entry into the house will clear all problems, so she shouldn’t worry.
At the temple, the priest refuses to open the doors, saying it will only be done after the VIP arrives. Mangal argues that it’s wrong. Just then, the VIP’s car stops at the temple. Mangal wonders who the VIP is.
