The episode starts with Dadi seeing in the news how Lakshmi brought out women’s organ trafficking to light in Basera hostel and got the traffickers arrested. Dadi shows the news to Karan and asks Karan to bring back Lakshmi and says their life is nothing without Lakshmi. Bhavani overhears their conversation. Bhavani reminds Karan how their lives have been ruined after Lakshmi came into their lives and says Barkha is in this situation because of Lakshmi. Dadi says to Karan what Bhavani is saying is wrong and asks Karan to find out where is Lakshmi. Karan refuses and comments on it. Karan says they will leave from Delhi once she gets better and comments on it.
The women saved by Lakshmi from the organ traffickers thank Lakshmi for saving them. The women later leave from there.
Lakshmi sees a gift right outside her door step and she opens it and in it she sees a Walkman with headphones attached to it. Lakshmi sees a note in it asking Lakshmi to play it. Lakshmi puts on her head phones and plays the Walkman. Lakshmi feels dizzy hearing the sound from the Walkman and she loses consciousness. A guy comes and uses chloroform to knock out Lakshmi and takes her away.
The guy puts Lakshmi in a box. Lakshmi regains consciousness and gets out of the box. Lakshmi sees she is in some kind of storeroom. The guy seeing Lakshmi has escaped comes to Lakshmi. Lakshmi pushes drum towards him due to which the guy falls on the floor and loses consciousness. Lakshmi tries to open the bandage and see the guy’s face but the lights go off and she couldn’t see his face. When the lights are turned on she sees the guy has escaped.
Lakshmi comes to Swetha and says to Swetha that someone is trying to kill her. Swetha after hearing about what happened says to Lakshmi that they should go to the cops. Lakshmi stays silent.
Dadi and Karan come to the temple to pray to God. Lakshmi also comes to the temple. Lakshmi is about to fall but Karan catches Lakshmi. Lakshmi asks Karan what is he doing here. Karan says to Lakshmi that she has no right to decide who will come to Delhi and comments on it. Karan reminds Lakshmi that she has left him family and he is good enough to take care of his family. Lakshmi comments on Karan and leaves from there. Dadi asks Karan who was he talking to. Karan says it is no one and comments on it.
In the night, Lakshmi’s hostelmates come to Lakshmi’s room as they want to thank Lakshmi by throwing a party in her room. The guy comes to the hostel pours gasoline outside Lakshmi’s room and breaks the door open and he sets the door on fire. The girls gets scared and they leave the room. Lakshmi also leaves the room and the guy catches her. Lakshmi escapes from him and she goes into a room. The guy follows Lakshmi’s voice and looks for Lakshmi. It is shown Lakshmi tells Swetha instead of going to the cops it is better for them to catch the guy who is trying to kill her. Lakshmi says she will record her voice and put it in a room and he will think she is in that room and come there then we can catch him. Lakshmi tears open the bandage on the face of the attacker and sees it is Karan.

Precap:- Lakshmi asks Dadi why is Karan acting like a friend and helping her sometimes while he is trying to kill her as if she is his enemy. Dadi says to Lakshmi that she needs to find out the answer herself and says all Dadi can say is that Karan needs her love.
