The episode starts with Lakshmi calling Karan badtameez and asking how he can sleep so carelessly. Karan says the temperature is perfect and asks her to sleep on the bed, saying he doesn’t want any problem to arise like last time. Lakshmi refuses to sleep. Karan teases her, saying he can control himself, but she probably can’t control herself seeing him. He adds that he won’t even let her breath touch him, so she should sleep peacefully. Karan goes to sleep but later wakes up feeling hot and shouts “fire!” He finds himself tied to the bed and sees Lakshmi smiling while sitting on a chair. Karan asks why she tied him up again and begs her to untie him, saying the blanket is burning him. Lakshmi replies that she’s returning his torture. Karan says he saved her when her blouse doori opened at the party and that she should thank him instead of punishing him. He asks her to check her blouse. Lakshmi checks and realizes Karan had secretly helped her. She unties him.
Karan removes his kurta. Lakshmi asks what happened, and Karan shows her the burn mark on his back. Lakshmi apologizes. Karan says he helped her but she punished him without knowing the truth. Lakshmi asks him to apply ointment. Karan says she caused the injury, so she should apply it since he can’t reach his back. As Lakshmi applies the ointment, Karan gets an idea. He secretly takes pictures of them together and posts them online so that Karthik will see them.
Meanwhile, Barkha tells Karthik that his wound has almost healed and she’ll apply ointment at night. Karthik becomes upset seeing Karan’s post with Lakshmi. Barkha tells him ice won’t help and goes to get a drink. Karthik angrily throws his phone. Later, Lakshmi learns from a worker that Dadi sent her a saree, but Barkha took it midway. Lakshmi confronts Barkha for cutting her blouse threads to humiliate her. Barkha mocks her. Lakshmi warns her not to repeat such behavior, or she’ll teach her a lesson. Barkha taunts her, saying, “Yes, I cut your blouse doori! What magic have you done on my brother Karan? I won’t let you live peacefully in this house.” Lakshmi replies, “I’m not someone who accepts defeat easily.” Barkha continues to taunt her and leaves. By mistake, Lakshmi drinks wine.
Lakshmi enters the room behaving strangely. Karan asks what’s wrong and if she’s drunk. Lakshmi scolds him, calling him Ravan and his sister Surpanakha. Karan realizes she’s intoxicated. Lakshmi says she has no one and accuses him of being drunk while calling her drunk. She says she’s seeing four Ravans and starts crying. When Karan tries to go near her, she tells him to stay away, crying that her life is ruined. Karan asks her to calm down. She pretends to make a phone call and makes Karan answer it. She then walks on the bed and almost falls, but Karan catches her in time.
The next morning, Lakshmi wakes up on the bed and notices her clothes have been changed. Karan, shirtless, greets her with a “Good morning.” Lakshmi asks who changed her clothes. Karan teases her, saying she lost control last night and made him lose his control too. Lakshmi is shocked and asks what he means. Karan says everything happened between them. Lakshmi, in tears, says he’s lying. Karan says he tried to stop her, but she didn’t listen. As she cries, he claps and says, “How was my performance? I just told you a story, and you believed it! I could never touch a girl like you. Relax.” Lakshmi asks again who changed her clothes. Karan says the maid did and that it was just a joke.
Lakshmi asks if this is all a joke to him and says he doesn’t understand that for a woman, her virtue means everything. She argues with Karan. Karan covers her mouth and tells her not to create a scene, promising not to repeat it before leaving.
Lakshmi goes to the office, where all the staff suddenly start calling her madam, leaving her confused. Swetha teases her, calling her Mrs. Kapoor. Shankar, the peon, asks if she’ll have her “tractor coffee.” Lakshmi tells him not to call her madam and says she used to drink tea before and will still drink tea. Swetha continues teasing her and asks for all the gossip about her love story and marriage. Lakshmi says, “Next time,” and asks her to get something to eat. Swetha agrees and leaves.
Karan arrives and spots Lakshmi eating with her colleagues. He calls her aside and asks what she’s doing. He reminds her that she’s his wife now and should maintain some class. Karan says she can’t do much about her “ugly face,” but she can at least dress well and improve her personality and standard. Lakshmi fires back, saying she won’t change her comfort zone for his fake marriage.

Precap: Karthik suddenly falls ill. Lakshmi worries for Karthik while Barkha stays beside him. Karan notices this and gets upset.
