The episode starts with Karan trying to kill Lakshmi. Lakshmi asks him to leave her. Dadi and Bhavani arrive there. Karan tries to attack Dadi when she tries to stop him. Lakshmi escapes from the room with Dadi and Bhavani and locks Karan inside. Dadi cries for Karan. Lakshmi asks Dadi about Karan’s favourite song. Dadi says it is “Moh Moh Ke Dhaage.” Lakshmi takes the walkman and enters Karan’s room despite Dadi warning her. She puts the headset on Karan and plays the song. Karan calms down and falls asleep. Lakshmi then opens the door.
Dadi thanks Lakshmi. Bhavani thinks she must increase Karan’s medicine dosage, otherwise Lakshmi will cure him. Lakshmi suspects that Karan’s behaviour is not because of his head injury and feels someone is doing something wrong to him.
Later, Karan wakes up and finds his hand tied to Lakshmi’s. He asks her to release him, but she refuses. Ved tells Bhavani that it will be difficult to give Karan the medicine if Lakshmi stays close to him. Lakshmi decides to find out who is making Karan unstable. Karan tells Lakshmi he needs privacy and questions her intentions, but she ignores him. Bhavani asks Lakshmi to release Karan, but Lakshmi refuses and says she will stay with him today, taking Karan along with her.
In the room, Karan asks Lakshmi what is going on. Lakshmi says something wrong is happening with him and she wants to find out who is causing it, so until then, they will stay handcuffed. Karan says he is going to the washroom and asks if she will come there too. Lakshmi says she will release him temporarily and tells him to come back after bathing so she can handcuff him again. Lakshmi notices Bhavani looking tense.
Karan and Lakshmi come to the hall still handcuffed. Dadi teases Karan. Karan troubles Lakshmi by doing workouts and other energy-draining exercises. Later, it’s Lakshmi’s turn—she cuts onions and starts cooking, making Karan cough. Bhavani and Vyom worry about how they will give the drug to Karan.
At the dining table, Lakshmi tells Karan to eat the food she prepared. She thinks medicine might be mixed in the water and becomes extra cautious. Bhavani asks Lakshmi if she thinks they are poisoning Karan’s food. Lakshmi says she didn’t mean that. Dadi says to let Lakshmi do whatever she wants since Karan seems fine today. After dinner, Lakshmi plans to release Karan seeing him calm. She is about to unlock the handcuffs when she notices Karan suddenly changing. Karan tells Lakshmi not to come in front of him, saying he hates her. He drags her downstairs using the handcuffs and starts strangling her. Bhavani recalls how she sprinkled medicine on the napkin earlier and tells Vyom about it. Vyom pretends to stop Karan. Karan pushes him away. Bhavani blames Lakshmi for all their problems. Lakshmi pleads with Karan to leave her.
