The episode begins with the conductor announcing a brief halt to the passengers. Lakshmi takes Karan to a nearby dhaba. Meanwhile, three to four culprits are shown talking on a phone call, confirming that their material is safe. One of them warns that the police are nearby. Soon, the police arrive and announce on a loudspeaker that three criminals have escaped and request the public to inform them if anyone spots the culprits.
At the dhaba, when Lakshmi goes to pay the bill, a man passes indecent comments at her. Karan loses control, grabs the man, and beats him up. The women present praise Lakshmi, saying she is lucky to have a husband who would even give his life for her. Lakshmi calms Karan down and takes him back to the bus. Karan slowly drifts to sleep, and Lakshmi feels that the effect of the drug on him is reducing.
Lakshmi realizes there is no water left. The conductor informs her that the bus will halt for ten minutes. She gets down to buy water, but the bus suddenly leaves. Lakshmi runs after it but fails to catch it.
The same three culprits the police are searching for are inside the bus. They hijack it. Karan wakes up and notices Lakshmi is missing. While searching for her, one of the goons hits him on the neck. The inspector informs the police team over the phone that the criminals they are tracking usually hijack buses to fulfill their demands. Lakshmi overhears this and prays for Karan’s safety.
Karan again calls out for Lakshmi and tries to stop the bus. One of the goons shoots him in the leg and warns him not to cross his limits. Determined to save Karan, Lakshmi takes a dangerous route to reach the bus.
At home, Vyom switches on the TV and shows Dadi the news of the bus hijack, revealing footage of Karan from inside the bus. Dadi breaks down, while Bhavani accuses Lakshmi of hiding to save her own life.
Lakshmi writes a warning message on a tree to stop the bus. The driver notices it, lies to the goons about an engine failure, and escapes. Lakshmi disguises herself as a mechanic. The goons ask her to repair the engine, and she agrees. She spots Karan injured, but a goon recognizes her. Lakshmi takes control of the bus, drives it skillfully, rescues the passengers, and escapes with Karan. Furious, the culprits vow not to spare Lakshmi for ruining their plan.
