The episode starts with Umesh asking Lakshmi how the house is registered under Jia’s name when it belongs to him. Lakshmi says Jia transferred it through fraud and plans to sell the house and leave with Karthik. Gayatri says now she understands why Karthik agreed to Jia — it was a sacrifice. Jia tries to speak, but Karthik throws her out of the house. Lakshmi hugs Karthik. The family feels happy seeing them together.
Jia then meets Lakshmi in disguise. She asks where she had disappeared and says the lawyer has arrived. The lawyer says the deal will be completed once they sign the papers. Just as Jia is about to sign, Gayatri arrives and stops her. She slaps Jia and says she cannot sell their house. Gayatri tears the papers. Lakshmi thinks to herself that her mother made a mistake — if she had arrived a little later, the house would have been transferred to her father’s name. Gayatri tells disguised Lakshmi and Raghuveer to leave the house and throws them out. Lakshmi and Raghuveer try to talk, but Karthik signals them to stop and shuts the door on their faces.
Gayatri then asks Karthik if he agreed to marry Jia under pressure. She says she won’t let Jia force him into marriage. Karthik tells her not to speak about Jia like that and says he will marry Jia. In his mind, he thinks he must keep acting until the house is transferred to his father’s name. He leaves. Gayatri asks Jia what magic she has done on Karthik. Jia says she’s not a magician, and though Gayatri sent her buyers away, she will find new buyers. Jia warns Gayatri to learn how to live a low life because soon they will be on the streets. She leaves. Gayatri sits crying. Umesh reminds Gayatri that Lakshmi had warned her about Jia, but she didn’t trust her. He says since she chose Jia over Lakshmi, now she must bear the consequences.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi tells Raghuveer they need a new plan. Just then, they hear a car sound and see Karthik arriving. Karthik says they must plan again or they’ll lose everything. They go inside. It is revealed that Jia was hiding in Karthik’s car and followed them to the location.
Jia sees Lakshmi hugging Karthik and realizes Raghuveer and Lakshmi have been fooling her in disguise. She thinks Lakshmi won’t leave her easily and thanks Gayatri for unintentionally saving her. Jia decides to remove Raghuveer’s support from Lakshmi.
Lakshmi and Karthik ask Raghuveer to take care of Antara and Veda. Raghuveer says Antara’s health is improving, and a mental health institution has agreed to admit her. Just then, they hear a glass breaking sound. They find Antara missing from her room and search everywhere. Lakshmi finds Antara unconscious outside and calls Raghuveer. Raghuveer says they’re right — he needs to stay with Antara and asks them to handle Jia. They agree.
Later, Lakshmi is cutting an apple. Gayatri tells Lakshmi she’s glad she’s back and that Jia is truly dangerous. She pleads with Lakshmi to save Karthik. At that moment, Lakshmi points a knife at her.
