The episode begins with Vishaka killing the security guard, Ramu. She later hides his body. Lakshmi brings tea for the security guard but notices that he is not outside the house. Bhavani arrives and tells Lakshmi that the security guard has been changed. Lakshmi agrees and leaves.
After Lakshmi leaves, Bhavani asks Vishaka to come out. Bhavani sees that Vishaka has killed the security guard and comments on her actions. Vishaka says that she will kill anyone who comes in her way. Bhavani asks Vishaka to handle Lakshmi. Vishaka agrees and leaves.
Vishaka goes to Dadi and makes her fall sick by blowing poisonous mist on her. Dadi suddenly becomes unwell. Lakshmi and Karan get worried. Lakshmi tells Karan that it seems Dadi has not taken her morning medicine. She checks the medicines and confirms it. Lakshmi gives Dadi her medicine. Bhavani suggests hiring a nurse to take care of Dadi 24/7 and says she will make the arrangements. Karan agrees.
Vishaka enters Karan’s house disguised as a maid. Lakshmi welcomes her. Vishaka later tries to stab Lakshmi with her fingernails but fails. Bhavani takes Vishaka to show her the room and notices that she has lost one of her contact lenses. Bhavani mentions it. Lakshmi comes and asks if everything is fine. Bhavani tells her that Vishaka is uncomfortable because she lost a contact lens. Vishaka goes to the washroom, hiding her face.
Karan pulls Lakshmi aside and flirts with her. He gifts her mud bangles. Lakshmi throws them on the floor and breaks them, proving that she has no feelings for him. She comments on Karan and leaves.
Vishaka goes into a room and injects poison into herself.
Later, Lakshmi and Karan are asleep in their room. Lakshmi receives a call saying that Swetha has met with an accident. She rushes to the location. Vishaka sees Lakshmi leaving and follows her.
Lakshmi reaches a restaurant and realizes that Karan has arranged a romantic dinner for her and brought her there using a false excuse. Lakshmi scolds Karan. He asks her to enjoy the food. A waiter is about to serve Lakshmi a drink when Vishaka stops him, dips her finger into the drink, and poisons it.

Precap: Karan takes a knife and writes Lakshmi’s name on his chest. Lakshmi tries to stop him but fails. Karan warns her that if she gets up from her seat, the knife will pierce his chest.
