The episode begins with Jia refusing to leave Karthik’s house. Lakshmi and Karthik eventually throw her out of the Nigam Mansion, and she falls into a pile of dirt. Lakshmi warns Jia, saying she had already told her that bad intentions lead to bad consequences. The two then head inside.
Lakshmi performs a pooja and offers aarti to everyone. Umesh praises Lakshmi, saying she has handled everything well and urges Gayatri to acknowledge that Lakshmi is the ideal daughter-in-law. He tells Lakshmi he is proud of her. Karthik also appreciates Lakshmi, saying the date for Veda’s surgery has been fixed, Antara is receiving good treatment, and they are relocating to Jaipur. He adds that Lakshmi has saved both their families. Lakshmi expresses her happiness.
Meanwhile, Jia walks on the road, recalling everything that happened. Some children surround her and mock her. Enraged, Jia pours water on herself from a pot and screams. She declares to Karthik and Lakshmi that the woman they tried to destroy is no ordinary person and vows revenge. She warns them that she is still alive and won’t spare them. At that moment, a light in the temple at Karthik’s house blows out—a bad omen.
Later, Karthik decorates his room with rose petals. Lakshmi enters after washing her face and is surprised by the decoration. Karthik hugs her from behind. When she asks what the occasion is, he lifts her in his arms and flirts with her. Suddenly, they hear Nidhi screaming and rush to the hall, only to find their family photo on fire. Lakshmi quickly extinguishes it. The family wonders how the fire started. Sanjana worries it might be an inauspicious sign, but Karthik assures them it’s due to a short circuit and says he’ll call an electrician in the morning. Just then, the phone rings. Lakshmi answers and says she will inform Karthik.
Karthik asks who called so late. Lakshmi replies that it was his manager, who informed her that Karthik has a concert scheduled—she had told the manager that Karthik would perform. Gayatri is thrilled and says she’s happy Karthik will sing again, but Karthik appears unhappy and walks away to his room.
Lakshmi follows him and reminds him that he stopped singing because she wasn’t with him—but now she is. Karthik says it’s been months and doubts he can perform on such short notice. Lakshmi motivates him, insisting he can do it. Encouraged by her support, Karthik begins singing again.
The next morning at 4 AM, Lakshmi wakes up and finds Karthik missing from the bed. She hears him shouting for help and sees him trapped in a net cage. As she rushes to save him, she suddenly wakes up—it was all a dream. She wonders if it’s a sign of impending trouble and prays for Karthik’s well-being as she prepares to observe the Teej fast for him.
Karthik greets the family in the morning. Gayatri reminds Lakshmi to perform the Teej vrat with full devotion and blesses her. Karthik jokingly says it’s a wonder to see all the women united. Gayatri tells him to stop being dramatic. When Umesh offers him juice, Karthik refuses, saying he doesn’t want to eat or drink anything. Umesh teases him, saying it seems Karthik also wants to fast for Lakshmi. The family playfully teases him. Karthik says he is getting late for the concert and heads upstairs. But he slips on the stairs and falls. The family rushes to him in concern, but Karthik says he’s fine. Lakshmi, however, grows anxious, fearing it could be another bad omen.

Precap: Lakshmi says to the audience that after a long time Karthik is going to sing in front of them. Karthik gives his performance in front of the audience. Jia’s dead body falls on the stage with a knife stabbed in her stomach.
The police arrest Karthik for murder of Jia. The police take Karthik away from there. Karthik asks Lakshmi to save him. Lakshmi vows to prove Karthik’s innocence.
