The episode starts with Barkha trying to stab Karthik. Karthik stops Barkha and asks Barkha to come to her senses. Barkha asks Karthik to tell her once that he loves her and says she will really make him happy. Karthik asks Barkha to stop it. Barkha asks Karthik if he cannot forget about Lakshmi and asks Karthik if Lakshmi is the reason that he cannot love her. Barkha asks Karthik to ask his heart if he never had any feelings for her even for a moment. Karthik says to Barkha that he can never love her.
Lakshmi feels as if Karthik’s life is in danger. Lakshmi leaves to the mountain behind the jungle.
Barkha accuses Karthik of using her. Karthik comments on Barkha and asks Barkha if she even knows what Karan has done with him. Karan says to Barkha that when his father is on death bed Karan has blackmailed him that he will only give money to save his father if Karthik agrees to marry Barkha. Barkha says to Karthik what Karan has done isn’t wrong in her eyes as he did it for her happiness. Barkha asks Karan if he loves her or not. Karthik says no to Barkha.
Barkha says to Karthik then he has no right to live. Barkha says to Karthik if she wanted something she has either gotten it or destroyed it. Barkha stabs Karthik in the stomach and she stabs Karthik again and again. Karthik catches the knife and says his brother and Barkha’s love for each other is crazy and says he will not be a victim to their love. Karthik comments on Barkha. Karthik falls on the ground.
Barkha asks Karthik to say that he loves her then she will save him. Karthik doesn’t agree. Barkha pushes Karthik off the cliff. Karthik holds onto a rock. Barkha tries to throw a rock on Karthik’s head but she drops the rock and runs away when she hears Lakshmi shouting for Karthik.
Barkha hides from Lakshmi. Lakshmi tries to save Karthik. Barkha thinks she has to leave from here as if Lakshmi spots her here then Lakshmi will not leave her. Barkha leaves from there. Karthik falls off the cliff. Lakshmi holds the knife there worrying about Karthik.
Barkha makes a call to the cops as a stranger saying she was passing by the mountain and on the mountain she saw a lady with a knife in her hand. Barkha says she thinks that lady is going to kill someone and cuts the call. Barkha thinks she will frame Lakshmi for Karthik’s murder and send her to jail.
Lakshmi worries for Karthik and gets ready to jump off the cliff to save him. Karan stops Lakshmi. Lakshmi says Karthik has fallen off the cliff and she has to save him. Karan asks Lakshmi to come to her senses and says no one can survive falling from this cliff. Karan notices the knife on the ground and understands Karthik was attacked by someone before he has fallen off the cliff. Karan hears the sound of siren and understands police are coming so he drags Lakshmi away from there and carriers her on his shoulder when she refuses to leave from there. Lakshmi drops the knife.
The police come to the cliff and they find the knife.
Karan locks Lakshmi in a room and asks Lakshmi to allow him to handle things outside.
Barkha acts as if she is going to commit suicide by burning herself as she got information from the cops that Karthik is dead. Karan stops Barkha and throws the fire torch away. Dadi comments on her family as they asked them not to do marriage on Chandragrahan day but they did not listen to her.
Karan comforts Barkha. Barkha says she is sure Lakshmi has done something to Karthik. Barkha asks Karan if he knew that Lakshmi and Karthik were married. Karan says yes and says he married Lakshmi so she will not come in between them. Barkha says she is sure lakshmi is the one who has killed Karthik. Karan says for Karthik, Lakshmi can give her life but she cannot kill Karthik.
Lakshmi dreams of Karthik. Lakshmi recalls the knife she found at the cliff and vows to get justice for Karthik.
