The episode starts with Lakshmi hearing a sound coming from behind the cupboard. She moves it aside and feels suspicious, thinking someone might be hiding there. She unlocks the hidden door using her phone.
Meanwhile, Karthik instructs the watchmen to be more alert and find out who broke into the house. He then leaves. One of the security guards notices that it was Lakshmi who came near Karthik and records the footage. As he goes to show the video to Karthik, Jia intercepts him. She takes the pen drive and questions him about its contents. She plays the video on her phone and sees Lakshmi approaching Karthik. The guard says he wanted to show it to Karthik to make him happy. Jia slaps him and warns him not to tell Karthik anything, threatening him with the loss of his job.
Just then, Karthik steps out of his room and asks what’s going on. The guard lies, saying that all the security cameras were off, so they couldn’t capture anything. Jia assures Karthik not to worry and says she will involve the police. Karthik leaves. While taking out her phone, Jia accidentally drops Lakshmi’s ring from her bag without realizing it.
Lakshmi enters the hidden room. Raghuveer notices his phone has been tampered with and realizes Lakshmi must have discovered the truth. He checks Veda’s room and finds Lakshmi missing. As he steps out, he sees Antara outside. He scolds her for leaving the room and warns her to return, threatening to inject her if she doesn’t obey. Antara refuses. As Raghuveer is about to inject her, Lakshmi—disguised in Antara’s saree—stops him.
Lakshmi confronts Raghuveer, demanding to know why he lied about Antara’s death. She accuses him of hiding Antara in the room and questions why he deceived her. She says, “Your wife is alive, then why are you making me live as Veda’s mother? Why did you betray me?” She further accuses him of possibly accepting money from Jia to separate her from Karthik, and also hiding the truth from Veda. She says she regrets trusting him.
Raghuveer replies, “You want answers? Come with me, I’ll show you the truth.” He takes Lakshmi with him.
Meanwhile, Karthik finds Lakshmi’s ring on the floor. He picks it up and wonders why Lakshmi came to see him. He suspects she must have had something important to say.
Raghuveer brings Lakshmi to meet Antara. As he calls out her name, Antara approaches and suddenly tries to strangle him with a rope. Lakshmi intervenes but struggles to stop her. Raghuveer asks Lakshmi to get the injection. She quickly brings it and administers it to Antara, who falls unconscious. Raghuveer then places her gently on the bed.
Lakshmi asks why Antara tried to kill him. Raghuveer explains that Antara has lost her mental stability—she’s like a living corpse. He says, “How can I let Veda be near Antara when she could harm her? That’s why I said Antara was dead.”
Lakshmi then questions why he tried to separate her from Karthik. Raghuveer confesses that when Veda once saw Lakshmi, she believed everything he said was a lie. So he brought Lakshmi home and started her treatment. He says he thought he was doing the right thing at the time and sincerely apologizes to Lakshmi.
He then tells her in detail how he created misunderstandings between her and Karthik. Raghuveer once again apologizes for all his actions. Lakshmi decides to meet Karthik and clear all the misunderstandings.
