The episode starts with Karan thinking Lakshmi is caught in the fire as the vehicle in which the police are taking Lakshmi has gone up in flames and tries to go into the flames to save Lakshmi. The people around stop Karan from going into the flames and they say there is no chance for anyone to survive those flames and comments on it. Karan loses consciousness.
Karan regains consciousness in his home. Karan says to his family that he has to go and save Lakshmi as the police jeep has caught fire. Barkha says to Karan that she got information no one in the police jeep has survived not even Lakshmi. Dadi says she doesn’t whose evil eye has fallen on their family and comments on it.
Barkha returns home intoxicated. Barkha spots Lakshmi’s shadow in her home and she gets shocked. Barkha spots Lakshmi right infront of her and she gets shocked. Barkha notices the saree that has fallen on her belongs to Lakshmi.
Karan drinks alcohol and comments on Lakshmi as she hasn’t listened to his order. Karan spots Lakshmi in his cabin. Karan comments on Lakshmi and asks Lakshmi to sit in the chair and tries to tie her up. Karan later notices Lakshmi has vanished. Manny comes to Karan and says to Karan that Lakshmi isn’t here. Manny reminds Karan that Lakshmi is dead. Karan comments on Lakshmi to Manny saying she hasn’t listened to his order. Manny comments on Karan and says to Karan that he is in pain and he couldn’t accept Lakshmi’s death. Karan asks Manny why would he feel pain regarding Lakshmi’s death and says she is just a blady employee and comments on it.
Barkha comes to the office. The security guard asks Barkha why has she this early and says no one has arrived. Barkha says she came here to do work and comments on it.
Barkha later hears the sound stitching machine and she goes to check it out. Barkha finds Lakshmi on the stitching machine. Lakshmi pulls Barkha to the stitching machine and she puts Barkha’s hand under the stitching machine. Barkha gets her hand injured. Barkha leaves from there and comes to Karan. Barkha says to Karan and others that Lakshmi has returned. Karan asks Barkha how can Lakshmi be here and reminds Barkha that Lakshmi is dead. Barkha asks Karan to believe her and asks Karan to come with her and shows Lakshmi is using stitching machine and she has put her hand under the stitching machine and injured her.
Karan comes to the stitching machines and checks all of them. Karan says all the machines are off. Karan says to Barkha that she is just stressed with what happened and asks Manny to take Barkha home. Manny agrees and takes Barkha away from there.
Karan while driving the car thinks of Lakshmi. Karan thinks he saw Lakshmi in the rear view mirror and he stops the car and he gets down from the car but he doesn’t see anyone. Karan scolds himself as he is thinking about Lakshmi too much.
Barkha says to Bhavani that she saw Lakshmi’s ghost but no one is believing her. Bhavani says to Barkha she believes her and says Lakshmi has died on the day of Chandragrahan and says the people who die on that day will not get Mukti until they last wishes are fulfilled but she doesn’t understand what wishes has Lakshmi left as Lakshmi has killed Karthik and died. Barkha thinks how she killed Karthik. Barkha says to Bhavani that Lakshmi might have returned to take revenge on their family.
Lakshmi comes to Karan’s house and she looks at the family photo and she vows to destroy this family as they are responsible for Karthik’s death.
Lakshmi sets fire to Kapoor family photo. Karan puts out the fire. Barkha says to Karan that Lakshmi has set the fire to this photo and asks Karan if not how could this photo catch fire. Karan asks Barkha to calm down and says there are no such things as ghosts. Dadi says she doesn’t what is going on in this house and comments on it.

Precap:- Lakshmi finds a knife at the crime scene and thinks Karan has killed Karthik.
Lakshmi goes to Karan and she confronts Karan why has he killed Karthik. Karan says he hasn’t done anything like that. Lakshmi injures Karan with the knife.
